The all blue one is the same template as us. It is a very nice kit (tho not a Morton kit IMO).
surely Nike do blue and white hoops? If not, then any one of macron, Pendle sports, Puma, errea or Under Armour do.
Not sure what the obsession with Nike is.
I always thought there was some form of contract/agreement between clubs & kit manufacturers, guaranteeing demand for the manufacturer & discounted prices for the club. Maybe just making that up though.

You'd have idiots voting for the Boaty McBoatface kit though.
You say that like it's a bad thing. I had a beer called Beery McBeerface last night and it was wonderful. Therefore, anything with that nomenclature is going to be wonderful.

Will it be a totally public vote?
Have to vote in person. Details in the Greenock Tele (of course) next week.
Frankly I think it shows how stubbornly we're clinging to the 20th Century, missing a great opportunity to improve our online presence (and attractiveness to advertisers) by not forcing folk to sign up to Newsletters (etc.) in order to vote.

I wonder what the selections will be like...
I'd genuinely pay a lot of money for these 2:

We're going to have a vote for the kits. This can only end well.
Update: You have to vote in person.
We literally can't do a single fucking thing right can we?

maybe they'll have to sell it for a pound, that's an embarrassment, compared to Morton tops of old.
From millions to a pound, Scottish football in a nutshell
Aye but it used to be called Half Pounders. The PR deficiency of the Maximin policy strikes again.

That Morton strip
Been told by a friend who works in Smiths that the reason it is one single stripe rather than hoops is because there is no hooped design in the Nike team wear for 2016.

I know Morton don't get to design their own kit but if the blue part was a bit slimmer you'd have a cracking version of the Ajax kits.
I agree with that, but we'd still have the sponsor to deal with. Still, at least we're moving up in the world - last time I remember this part of Dougie's sweetie empire being on our kits, it was only Half Pounders.
Full quid now, a sign of the increasing influence money has on football.

I like it better when Kilday's not wearing it. Funny that.

Not happy about that kit one bit. Morton really are shite at everything.
I'm 50/50 on the pattern itself but we've got a few important things very, very wrong:
- The sponsor
- Blue shorts
- Lee Kilday

The white Cafu/Pogba IMO.
Or, in reality, a poor man's Jamie McCormack.

We've actually offered Miller a new deal

Correct.
If I was a Morton fan, I would see it as a success too. To quote one of their fans on here, this has been a 'superb' season for them. I hope they enjoyed it, they deserve this triumph.
To be fair, any football fan in the west of Scotland who doesn't choose the Old Firm is deserving of everything that's coming to them. Whether they're from Greenock, Paisley, Hamilton, Motherwell, Kilmarnock or Ayr... The fans of these towns clubs are the good guys. They didn't choose the easy option and for that they deserve their dues.
I agree with you, but Hamilton, Motherwell, Killie, Ayr and your lot can still f**k off.

1 Jim Duffy !
That's plenty.

Duffy signs a 2-year contract.

EDIT I thought Stephen Stirling was decent enough before he got his leg snapped by that tosser Murray.
Poor man's Joe McKee.
As for Combe, I didn't remember him really doing anything at all and took that as a sign he wasn't that great.
Poor man's Paul Mathers.

That's a real shame, I had forgotten all about him until I saw that list and didn't remember hearing anything at the time.
Aye, deserved more than just a fade into obscurity. Bobby Barr couldn't hold a candle...

The nick of some of Moore's signings
Whatever happened with O'Brien? I always thought he was a decent wee player.
IIRC he got injured (in that glorious night at Parkhead, I believe) and never fully recovered.

Unbelievable scenes. Jim Duffy's a machine in the January window.

Looking towards the new year, I'll be seriously worried if we can't extend Gasparotto's loan until the end of the season.
Denny's here until the end of the season, assuming Birmingham don't recall him in the January window (can't see why they would). Losing Samuel would be a blow as well, but without Gasparotto our defence will be hugely exploitable.

How is it? He'll get bigger offers than what we can afford. What a total overreaction.
An overreaction, maybe, disgrace is the wrong word - I'm sure there are far more eloquent ways of putting it. Regardless, I don't think it's misplaced to be bother/either disappointed and/or angry at his departure. We should make keeping players like this a top priority regardless of timing - not another task to be completed at the end of the season. The boy was excellent last season, and as soon as any interest popped up we should've been looking to formalise an agreement of some sort.

Looks like Russell is offski.
An absolute disgrace if true.

Mikey Miller is pish. Livi still got Darren Cole? Would be the most useless partnership since Crighton + Milojevic if they're together
