I think Stroud will start Day 1 over Davis Mills, but I think it's unlikely Richardson does over Minshew for the Colts. What happens in Tenn I think depends a lot on whether they can shift Tannehill or not. If they can't, then I think he'll win the job to begin with but be on a short leash, and if they do move him on then I can see it being a season of Willis/Levis out-shitting each other and playing pass the parcel with the starting gig. It's all moot anyway because the Jags should absolutely run away with that Division no matter what anyone else does at QB.

I'm watching to see where Levis and Hooker end up. I don't see both making it past LAR and Seattle, so if Tenn wants to be sure of a QB I think they need to trade up to the top 4. Floor for me is 16/19 because I think Washington and Tampa will bite if they both drop that far.
