  1. If there's 499 seats and Entry licencing requires cover for at least two wheelchair users. Then the 500 by SFA licensing standards should already be met.
  2. It's a minimum of 500 covered, but only a 100 seating. Would they not have an accessible area as part of the stand, where a wheelchair user would be taking up a covered space but not one of the 499 seats?
  3. Maybe best to go to another forum thread? I can't remember how all this started, but clearly ain't about Pollok anymore.
  4. Instead of the waiver/derogation system you would have all of Tier 5 be Bronze licensed as standard then? I'm sure you'd love that when it gets forced on Tier 6 clubs. Waivers/Derogations are going to allow Candidate clubs to still contend for promotion, while Tier 5 as a whole remains at an Entry level requirement. Individual clubs will now aim for Bronze at their own pace. It's not this massive hardship that needs years to address. The only Entry level ground is Edinburgh City, and everyone knew the problems they would have with returning to Meadowbank. There's no reason that a club like Airdrie should be on an Entry license. For a club that should see themselves as a Championship club it's quite shocking they aren't already.
  5. Talbot put up a graphic for the Saturday earlier. Arthurlie tweeted Saturday then quickly posted a follow up saying maybe not. I dont know if there's been some confusion. As certainly for one-off semis they tried to keep off the traditional Saturday to maximise casuals.
  6. If there were any doubts about them being over two legs.
  7. The draw's taken place. Talbot v. Darvel Arthurlie v. Johnstone Burgh.
  8. SJFA get a cut of the gate. If they're paying out actual prize money these days, then that money has got to come from somewhere.
  9. Seems to be 13/01/2024 you're talking about. No cup games, all league fixtures. Darvel and KRR left idle. Cumbernauld United were at home. With no cups causing disruption and so many 1st time ties still to played. Most would see that as unfortunate oversight that can be avoided. Not a reason to blanket ban groundshares. Not sure why New Tinto Park was not used, but since https://scottishfootballfixtures.wordpress.com/ has the tie with St Cadoc's reversed in a 1st time league meeting. Something may have prevented its usage.
  10. https://spfl.co.uk/news/spfl-board-elected-for-season-202324 Yeah, it was announced as part of the AGM news. It's something that people directly involved with clubs would be aware. It's just not something that a casual fan would know about, but then they probably wouldn't think about licensing at all. The important part of the article is: Basically, don't take the piss with it and have a achievable action plan to meet Bronze standards a club should be good to go. With Brechin and East Kilbride already at Bronze for their grounds there shouldn't be a problem this year.
  11. The SPFL Membership Criteria has always exceeded the SFA's Entry Level license. Waivers/period of grace has always been built into the set-up. No different than in the SPFL when there was the Championship/Premiership Bronze level divide. I'm not sure where there's a lot of Chicken Littles running around now.
  12. Need to do something to help cover the expenses.
  13. Probably because you're not directly involved. So why should you have seen anything in passing? When the rule passed Iain McMenemy responded on twitter that waiver rules already exist for Tier 5 champions if needed and would continue to do so. There's details on what that would look like in the SPFL docs https://spfl.co.uk/admin/filemanager/images/shares/pdfs/Membership Criteria Letter 2024-25 31 October 2023.pdf https://spfl.co.uk/admin/filemanager/images/shares/pdfs/SPFL Rules and Regulations 26-Jul-23 (MASTER COPY) (2).pdf It's little different to the EoS applicants that have a credible action plan to meet the membership criteria and get in. East Kilbride and Brechin City are already graded as Bronze on the ground criteria. So there shouldn't be a fundamental issue.
  14. Don't know why it'd be treated as a ..... as its the exact same thing: relegation for the LL.
  15. It's not about Clyde getting relegated. It's that Club 42 is looking good to be a Lowland area team. Any outcome from that point on means relegation from the LL.
  16. Johnstone Burgh 3-2 St Cadoc's '65 Darvel 1-0 Lochee United starting 2nd half Bellshill Athletic 1-0 Arthurlie starting 2nd half Auchinleck Talbot 1-0 Hurlford United starting 2nd half. Are presumably the scores you've an interest in just now.
  17. The SJFA might still have it as a possibility in their rules, but its inactive the last couple of years. Neutral site games instead.
  18. WWE still have Sasha Banks merch up. They're going to have some active trademarks. It's probably something AEW can get away with as it is slightly different and not being directly monetised. If WWE need to get separate trademarks for Big Boss Man, Legit Boss, and presumably Boss/Bo$$. Isn't Bo$$ton then it's only unique trademark? There might be a legal fight to be had as it is capitalising on WWE's intellectual property, but that's gotta be more trouble than it's worth.
  19. Wiped entirely and recorded as a 15 team league. Quick working out, human error possible. Relegation should be pretty cut and dry now. Unless the slight possibility of "4 down" dragging 13th into a relegation spot.
  20. Mike 'IRS' Rotunda does AEW's tax filing live on Dynamite!
  21. I wouldn't say so on the basis of low attendance. Take into account the vast majority of clubs do similar or worse numbers. Why they're pointless is Glasgow-Alloa-Cumbernauld-Dumbarton in the span of 10 years.
  22. Head counts this season have had 53 v. Cumbernaul Colts and 69 v. Edinburgh University so far. It's not that surprising. Broomhill have averaged double figures over an entire season most of their existence.
  23. Depends on what the arrangements are like. Similarly, Spartans are Bronze on Ground but Hutchison Vale are Entry. Pretty sure there's been a time when a non-league team had the higher grading over the SPFL team sharing. Either Cumbernauld Colts/Clyde or Spartans/Edinburgh City.
  24. EGM on Wednesday. Begging bowl out to fans. Weirdly, don't seem to be publicising it. If only they were as attentive as opposing fans.
