After watching Morton on Friday night we just don't have the players to go war with Morton . That is how they play they give everything get the ball into the box from the long throw they will score from that we just can't defend constant balls into the box . I would go with 3 centre backs have to hope the boy on loan from Rangers is good in the air but AJ will stick with the same team same system. We are just not physical enough to trouble Morton

Have to agree thought he was excellent against Queens Park but today with tackles flying in from Arbroath he disappeared again pathetic for the 1st goal . I wish AJ would make subs to try and change the game not wait till the game is away from us

No not a natural reaction if you have players who are fully focused they we win that game . We got back to our old habits of poor defending just being lazy no excuse for it .

New signing are not going to happen right now for obvious reasons . If we do get a new signing in surely they should be better than we have now rather than just sign someone to sit in the bench . Look at Arbroath 2 loan signing straight in why sign them otherwise .

Back to the same old Queens . Get into a quick 2 nil lead then relax job done . Turning point for me was a easy pass to Pybus from Kirkpatrick 3 nil but he tried a crazy shot no chance of going in . Dick Campbell changed it at 2 nil we should have as well but no we just hope that we could hold on . That is what we were doing a goal was coming for Arbroath very disappointing result especially when 2 nil up .

It has to be done but testing players is expensive . £75 a test 20 tests £1,500 a week is a lot to pay out but hopefully we now have the £500,000 from the Scots Gov to pay it . We are going to need a lot of that money to pay wages as I don't think there will be any crowds this season . What is the guess at our wage bill maybe £15,000 a week all in

Hopefully clubs still have the James Anderson money that was what the £50,000 was for

We tested players at the start of the season I just assumed it continued or have I made that up as well . You not on the Queens site as much now since the George Galloway problem or have I made that up as well

Queens test players regularly I thought the majority of full time teams do . Now on to the part time teams in our league do they test there players .? A bit of a problem with them as they can't be in a bubble like full time players but I suppose as long as they are tested it might be okay

Glad they didn't but why did Livi not just sign Dykes on a pre contract surely that means he would have signed for them in the summer if not what is the point of a pre contract . The Dykes was a great deal for us better than anyone could have hoped for . Hopefully players will only sign pre contracts just now don't want to lose the likes of Shields .

The streaming is split the same as gate money this is why I think you should charge more for it . If we stay at a £10 we only make £5 a head surely we should try and make as much as we can .

Did we get a fee from the BBC for the live game against Queens Park ? Will make a decent amount out of the Hibs game with streaming the game can we not up the £10 to say £15 for playing a SPL team or would most fans not be happy with that surely we must try and make as much money out of the game .

It is all comes from the manager he is the man I wanted sacked a month ago . He signs the players he picks the team and he sets up the team . He has eventually got a set up that seems to be working the last 3 games we have played as a team every player has played there part . We must keep at it we have a crucial few games coming up . Good to see we are trying to sign a few more we will need them as injuries and suspension plus covid will affect us.. All this and we still have Dobbie to come back in

Was hoping we would go for someone with more experience to really push our centre backs . His injury record is not good but hopefully he does as well as Maxwell time will tell

Maybe Thistle have sent him back not ready yet for Div 1 football . Really need a experienced centre back not another boy but it will all be about budget again experience costs money .

Queens Park squad is excellent better than many Championship Squads. Queens Park have a huge budget up there with a top Championship team easily double Queens . Queens Park will go into the tie as favourites very difficult game . In the Betfred Queens Park rested some players so that result means nothing .

This is my worry get Ferguson or Leighfield back in then we go back to poor defending with no young keeper to protect . Johnston interview is a bit of a worry we are not suddenly a decent team after one great result he seems to think so. Would much rather he said we still need to make at least 3 new signing we are still short of defenders and weak in centre midfield .

Brilliant win tonight with a 16 year old keeper as well . We needed that after this week still not forgot about what the board did at the weekend no excuse for it . We must get players in on loan for the Ayr game no time to wait till the end of Jan like we normally do can't believe good players are not available on loan

Yet another poor performance men v boys we are just so weak . I really now see why other fans don't rate Buchanan he wants to watch the game not play in. Players try hard but most are nowhere near good enough for this level

Probable in talks now about signing in Jan will have as much experience as most of our squad

It will never be that Dundee will score just have to hope Queens score more but without Dobbie our hope of getting anything is low .

Have seen the highlights of the Morton game they look no better but the difference is they have experience in key positions to win games . This is my worry I don't think AJ has any idea of who or what we need in Jan.. We need signing in quick not the end of Jan in saying that if we still train in Dumfries then it will be very difficult to attract any new signing

I can understand in a way why it would be s waste of money paying AJ off with no guarantee being any better with a new manager but now we must take that gamble it might not work but we have to do something . Think the board seem to think come Jan. AJ will make some great signing to push us up the league that will not happen ..
