Should be the same unless everybody wants to do it differently. draft in snake order, 3 of each player available. Will probably take a bit longer than usual but dont foresee any problems. Alternative would be an ebay-style auction (actually pretty fun) but i know not everybody is in to that.

Okay so I’ll be moving the league over to MFL. I’ll pay for the first season and you can decide if its worth a couple of quid next year. It’ll be a single division, all-play league with a 24 team playoff bracket. Players can be on a maximum of 3 teams (so we’d have the same lineups/rosters as 3x 14 team leagues) I’ll post a link up later if anybody wants to take a look at it early

Big congratulations to DarkBlue, ChopperReid and JamboStu on their playoff wins The league was tough this year, I personally really enjoyed it, and found it really interesting with some of the tweaks made. I'm still figuring out what to do with next season, unfortunately the best options all involve actually paying for the hosting site. Not much, but I get the feeling we might lose a few folks even asking for 50p per person toward it. Alternatively I'm willing to step down if somebody else wants to run things from the spreadsheets - It's just gotten big enough that it's not really worth the time investment required from me anymore sadly :/ Whatever we go with, I think one of the core changes we'll have (or I'll at least be recommending) going forward is moving to single division league tables, total points scored and no playoffs. With the amount of people involved, and the promotion/relegation aspect, it simplifies things and keeps everyone involved all the way to the end of the year. Anyway, we can talk about it further in to the offseason, for now enjoy your win guys, and hoepfully you all had fun

Noted I should have a proposal ready in the next couple of weeks for how to go forward with it, so if anybody else has feedback before then Id love to hear it (group chat squad your ideas have already been taken, no need to echo them here or itll confuse me )

Question specifically for division 1 guys: how have you all found the roster size, scoring, lineup compilation, etc. This season? Just looking to see if theres a way for me to run things smoother going forward and 3 divisions of 14 seems to be a nice round figure. I’ll work out costs and such to see what options we have, but want to start working on it just now so nobody is taken by surprise come the offseason

This^ Sorry guys my emails have been messed up the last few days. Just got a good 400 through at once Kev - Fleaflicker sets up their playoffs based on the tiebreakers. The chain of tiebreaks is listed at the side of the playoff page. Why its not the same as the ‘ranking’ thing they have I dont know

So yourself, Andy and Mo had a 3 way tie for the last 2 spots after the head to head TB. Division record isnt considered because its a 3 way tie. So it then comes down to points scored, in which you were 3rd of the 3...

Oh wow, my phone hasnt been giving me emails for some reason and I just got 84 through at once from yesterday... For these leagues I really do need someone to email me if theres a trade that needs pished through before a game starts. Fleaflicker doesnt let me change the review period so I usually just push them through manually when I get the notification - which I dont for leagues Im not in. To keep on top of everything Id need to check in on them literally every day. I dont even do that for my own leagues. I check in on Saturdays for anything needing pushed through before sundays games. That trade shouldnt have gone through until all players involved had played. I was under the impression that the site had that process automated. So I’ll manually adjust rosters for this weekend. The trade review period has never changed for these leagues (purely because its not removable) - so if you need something pushed through before a thursday game, email me, PM me on here, Facebook message me, whatever. Ill get it done as fast as i can

I mean hes averaging more receptions and targets just now than any other TE did last season. If he kept up this pace for the full season he'd have 40 something more targets than last years most targetted TE, and 50 odd more receptions than the #1 TE... Im actually really happy with how the scoring is working after 2 weeks. It just so happens that some players have been freakishly good so far

Im actually surprised Dwayne Allen played as much as he did. Training camp reports on him were horrific. Im so lucky I've dodged the big scorers in most of my leagues (except the Scott Fish Bowl where I'm up against both Hunt and Gillislee )

Dont tempt me lads in fairness, this was borderline superflex is season. The scoring is pretty good for it, but i didnt want to do too many changes all at once. I think when I pack in a couple of my leagues next season I'll have a go with a devy league haha
