  1. Does anyone know if u-12's are charged at concession prices for the 2nd leg? I was £5 for my daughter to go to the hibs game but cant see any separate prices for the final so assuming it must be £12?
  2. I was at 1860 v nuremburg on Saturday, Allianz arena was quality inside altho located in a fairly desolate bit of munich. Game was good, tickets were cheap and atmosphere was amazing. 51k at the game with just over half the crowd made up of away fans!! Will def get another game in soon altho don't think I'd rush back to munich if I'm honest.
  3. Proof, if needed, that shubert is the best manager in Germany...
  4. For some reason Hannover's stadium is one of my favourites in Germany (and Europe). I think the interior is really smart and it's in a nice location. Putting your biased to one side German Jag but would you say it's a good place to watch football in terms of view/atmosphere?
  5. Marcell Jansen has retired aged 29 following his release from HSV. Strange one, decent enough player on his day and surely something still to offer but apparently he doesnt fancy it.
  6. Don't worry Keith, this guy you speak of sounds the business...
  7. That's the online shop been closed as can't cope with demands for new kit... Ran out of most sizes already, surely more will be ordered?
  8. What's the best site to get tickets for this - nothing for it on ticketmaster?
  9. From memory he did not bad in his first season at Groningen and they were actually up challenging at the early part of the season but it sort of bottomed out for him after that. I notice he was youth coach at both Ajax and Groningen so maybe not the worst appointment in terms of where we are just now with the youths. Still, a bit out of left field and I agree with Ned, surely only come about due to chinese whispers.
  10. why is everyone fretting over the brain drain at the end when the obvious highlight of the ep was Daenerys' wee gal pal getting her lovelies oot. Been waiting for that since she first appeared on the scene and she didn't disappoint.
  11. You get caught up in the end product there but seeing it as an everplaying gif i have to say, that is some ball in from McGowan...
  12. Laughter aside, what is the actual end game here? The SFA/Celtic etc would never let Rangers disappear altogether so where will this all end up? Can they manage another incarnation/zombification?
  13. I notice there is an article on the beeb where Davie Weir is talking some sh*te about Sevco but it mentions in article that Weir is a bluenose.... I was always under the impression he was a Falkirk fan? Anyone know the answer to this? Is he a bear or a bairn? (or is he wan o they bus fare deprived sacks that infliltrate our support?)
  14. I fancied her rotten when she was on neighbours so you can imagine my delight when I saw this film!!

    Breaking Bad

This all reminds me of the indoctrination theory following the conclusion of Mass Effect 3...

    Breaking Bad

Despite the slower pace I really enjoyed the last episode, particularly Todd's interactions with the 3 different female characters. Firstly, the way he is infatuated with Lydia to the point he wants to keep in the meth business at almost all costs just to try and get his hole. He then lets Skylar off fairly lightly because he believes she wont say anything (and possibly because he respects Walt) and then at the end, he coldly despatches Jesse's burd telling her "it's nothing personal". Obviously all the stuff with Walt was excellent but I just thought that side of the ep was also quite interesting and seemed to run as a main feature of the episode.

    Breaking Bad

I'm sure when he pulled up in the car he said something like "i'm here, where are you". If they were tracking the GPS then they would have got the rough co-ordinates anyway I think.
  18. I was in the exact same scenario when I watched it. I sent the dog out into the hall to check the coast was clear for me to make the bedroom dash and the little f*cker started barking so I stayed in the living room for another half hour and played FIFA before braving it. Things were also made worse that my loft hatch is immediately above the entrance to my bedroom...
  19. Just on this point in your post...that's simply not true. The club actually ran a profit in the first 2 years of our recent stint in the SPL by simply budgeting to stay up. The reason we are in the financial shitter was down to this ludicrous notion of pushing us to "the next level" of the top 6 in the SPL. This was not something that was pushed for by the fans but it was, naively, perpetuated by our board, MD and manager at the time. Falkirk should always be budgeting to stay in the SPL and players should have clauses in their contracts for a wage drop when we inevitably get relegated. We will occassionally have seasons where we punch above our weight or have a good cup run but we shouldn't be budgeting on that being 'the norm'. Fundamental things like that were not done and that is why were still only 'nearly debt free'. EDIT: To say "weird", it wasnt showing me all the recent posts tonight so didnt realise this has already been covered, oops.
  20. Don't worry, no one will criticise you for not eating it...
  21. I agree with DomDom, the final act of Sunshine totally sobotages what was previously an excellent film to that point. I'd probably still rate it about 6/10 though because that's how much I enjoyed the rest of the film. The score is excellent. Trance sounds good, especially Rosario's snatch...
  22. The Perk's of Being a Wallflower - 8/10 Watched this last night and thought it was a really good film. Likeable characters, excellent acting performances including a strong supporting cast, good script and an interesting and well executed 'development' towards the end of the film. Honourable mention to Emma Watson as she did a good job of making me not simply link her to the Harry Potter films. It's hard to really sell the story on this as it's basically just about a boy trying to fit in at high school but it is really good and I would definately recommend it.
  23. Is there not also 'deferred tax liabilities' which pretty much negate this?
