Caledonian Braves have some decent players. Thought their centrehalf pairing were particularly good. Up top the BU defence were tested but held on at the end. A wee moan about the referee !! He was constantly letting the Braves players jump into BU players for aerial balls. Playing the man rather than the ball is a foul..... but not today. Couple of contenders for MOTM but for me Danny Irving gets it. Great to see Jamie Hamilton coming on as a sub.

Rovers looked decent down at the BU's earlier in the season. Surprised they are not higher up the table.

I am happy seeing the BU's making gradual progress in the LL. Our "level" is top half of the LL. That is good enough for me and I would think most BU fans share that view.

Really enjoyed the Interview with Stuart Hunter who talks for over an hour .....................with a wife and three daughters the Bigman obviously doesn't get to talk in the hoose !!!! No "surprises" in the interview, just sticking to the basics i.e. keep your best players, improve the squad, more competition for places, etc etc. It is definitely worth a listen.

I checked out online the Ramadan Advent Calendars on the website myislamiccelebration.com You can choose different options including "empty" and chocolate. Both come with a printed list of 30. good deeds. Ramadan Advent Calendars have 30 doors unlike the Xmas Advent Calendars with their meagre 25 doors.

The BU's were beaten by a better team today. Colts were far more physical, street wise and created more going forward. They have some good players. Second half the BU's didn't really get going. With the BU back 3 all on yellow cards they had to be less physical in the challenge and at times we struggled to get on the ball. Dalziel managed a lot of flick ons but they weren't falling for our players. Fitbaw.......it's the hope that kills you !!

1-0 to Colts. Referee ignored a colts player fouling in build up. Good finish though from edge of box . in off the post.

0-0 at halftime. Two very even teams. Chances fairly even. BU with a back 3 in a 3-1-4-2 formation. Most annoying thing is both assistant referees have been awful as they are spending all their time looking at the referee to see what he is giving . So they have missed the ball going out 4 times in 45 minutes.

Wullie, The BU twitter has a link to a YouTube video of the BU v Gretna game. Some good BU goals. There's a horrendous Gretna miss when it was 0-0 at 7:48 on the video. Enjoy.
