  1. The poster that said there would be only 6 pies was the culprit.
  2. It's quality not quantity that's important !! Having said that there were loads of BU regulars missing on Saturday. Several didn't go because they expected the BU's to win easily and score loads of goals. That is a strange reason for not going to a game IMO.
  3. A Fife woman I worked with used to sing "is this the way to Armarillo and sweet bejesus wait for me". Classic
  4. Burnley v Newcastle KO delayed to 8.30. I confidently predict a 0-0 .......which hopefully means we will see a 9 goal thriller !!
  5. Yes, but what's great for one person can be ineffective for someone else. There's loads of treatments available from your GP. If what you get the first time doesn't work go back and get something else. If all the stuff the GP tries doesn't work get yourself referred to a skin specialist. Eventually you will find something that makes a noticeable difference. Perseverance is the key.
  6. A few people at the game were saying Kieran Sweeney and David Gray had both left the club. I believe Sweeney was only signed up to end November and wants to play every week. Don't think the departure of Gray will upset many BU fans.
  7. Michael McMullen looks like he will be getting games ahead of Josh MacDonald so a good idea to let him move on.
  8. Well the trip to Eyemouth was an enjoyable day out. Scored 8 but we should have scored more. Referee did well, wasn't too fussy and kept his cards in his pockets but without any assistant referees he did get a few offsides against the BU's wrong. Fair play to Eyemouth for keeping going. Man of the match for me was big Alan McKenzie. Funniest moment ? Was it McMullen kicking the flag at a corner or substitute Will Snowdon during the halftime warm up hitting Sime on the back with the ball as Sime urinated against the fence. Comedy gold.
  9. 4-1 halftime. At 3-0 the BU took the foot of the gas.
  10. Bo'ness to Eyemouth is the same mileage as Bo'ness to Carnoustie.
  11. I thought Kevin Watt would have made a far bigger impact at the Rose. Sometimes players realise that their football career has already peaked, they lose their hunger and are happy to drop into a comfort zone where they turn up and give 70% in almost every game.
  12. Weather forecast changed from cloudy to drizzle. Mon the BU's !!!
  13. Overnight weather looks OK. Conditions for the game are cool and cloudy. It will feel about 5C and fairly calm. Considering the time of year that's good conditions for silky Fitbaw so I am confident of a BU victory. Mon the BU's !!!
