  1. Well they will be playing Senior Football within their teams style and gaining experience while training at their facilities. So if they don't make it at their club. League 2/Conference clubs will have a ready made experienced 21 year old to sign who has 2/3 years experience within Senior Football and will be taught good habits with regards to their development, Its better then the structure at the moment where they might be playing 10 games as opposed to 100.
  2. In the minority, But i find the proposal of a conference league with 4 B teams exciting and this will help with their development and clubs in local areas in general. Embrace the change & development and let it grow into a fine concept. The young players playing senior football across the B teams will be excellent for the clubs, Scotland and the clubs in the lower leagues.
  3. Shame that the B Teams are out of this event this season. But i feel things will improve and get bigger they are an asset
  4. The Romanic brilliance of the Scottish Cup
  5. Change the format for this so teams can play a side outside their division in the 1st round they play in. Would be more interesting
  6. I would not be against that for the Scottish Cup especially this year with Celtic & Rangers in the Champions League
  7. Hardly sailed and it could be revisited with a bit of time, Place and lots of commitment
  8. Would be great if this became like the FA Trophy is in England. It can be done with a good deal of ease
  9. Stirling will one day do well in a cup competition.
  10. Well done lads. Predictable as always
  11. Well done Rangers B Get the dislike button out lads
  12. Boom!! Looking forward to Rangers B giving Dumbarton a lesson @BallochSonsFan isn't much of a fan of Dumbarton if he not bothered about the game and possibly going out of another cup competition
  13. If thats the case then more money has to be taken away from these clubs and invested into big scottish academies.
  14. Stop crying and abusing people. It shows you are losing the plot
  15. Indeed. B teams have been successful & I hope one of them wins this competition in the future
  16. Exactly. - Abolish the League Cup groups - Create the groups in the challenge cup instead
  17. Have all leagues/Associations has gateways to the Scottish Cup & this should include Welfare/Highland Amateur & NCL
  18. A good argument, No abuse (As you have a good deal of intelligence unlike others in this thread) You make a good case. But Scotland needs to be different and think outside the box to ensure more development of players
  19. With Scotland going out the World Cup. we need to invest/Increase in Youth/B team football for the future development and its paramount we have SPL sides having B teams in the Structure this will enable better development ahead of a loan/Reserve system which people from the dark ages want in place to protect there silly petty interests.
  20. What a load of rubbish, the Under 19/21 will need experience in matches that matter against more senior players. Reserve Leagues does not really fill that. Hence B Teams is the way forward. I know this troubles you
  21. Oh yes.....Let me know when East Fife actually achieve something
  22. Cowdenbeath what a poor club. They will struggle next year
  23. Not long before another season for the B Teams in the Lowland League. More game time, More development, More youth gaining experience, More upset Lovely get the downvotes going lads. I want more B Teams
  24. It would be better to have a Knockout tournament instead. Groups are boring (Unless smaller)
  25. Looking forward to the B Teams and seeing how they do. We need more in Scottish Football
