Sad to see Viewfield have folded another long established club going to the wall.Also heard Goldenhill joining caley next season

I’m only going on what I was told from a guy who was part of safa committee for over 20 yrs,said it happened a few times in past,probably never publicised as much with no social media in they days but home teams were disqualified as its breaking laws of game,it’s up to home team to provide flags.

My understanding is Harestanes don’t have to appeal,if ref has asked home team and there’s no corner flags he will finish game and say in his report no corner flags were present,it would then go to committee level and if found to be the case Laurieston will be disqualified for breaking rules and harestanes will go through to next round

I’m sure there’s a few I’ve not mentioned who will fancy there chances I’m only going on teams I’ve seen play

Would it make a difference if they banned new clubs from forming for say 3 years,a lot of established clubs with a long history have went to the wall recently and new teams pop up for a year or two then fold when things start going pear shaped.i know of a guy who has folded 4 teams in the last 2 seasons yet still been allowed into a league with his new team this year
