Bravado (which is cool and fun) aside, the gap between the OF and The Rest is as big as it's been in my lifetime, I think. If Hearts can settle themselves as bronze medalists every season, then that's nice, but I have no idea where a trophy win is coming from any time soon, which is depressing. (I am aware that other clubs are capable of competing against Rangers much better than Hertz are)

Kio is dreadful. He's the midfield Joel Pereira: somehow manages to find a way to let the ball go through him as if he's not even there when he "challenges" for it.

Hearts' stroll to third place was always a foregone conclusion. Aberdeen crumbling before our very eyes is extremely pleasing though. Wonder when Keith Jackson will dig out the old "faceless cast of thousands" line to describe Aberdeen's midfield and forward line? Rammydanny, Duck, Meeoffsky, Booseyleejen - who are these people? Are they who Aberdeen have mortgaged their future to be able to field?
