We're all absolutely guessing here but I would imagine if really they did then they would have taken it to civil court rather than settle out of it. It is a class action one though so will be multiple victims opinions taken in to account who may want to try other avenues.

I think Rodgers should take some flack for this tbh. He obviously set us up well initially and caught them cold in first half but Hatate looked like he could have managed another 5/10 mins at least without having to risk McGregor so soon. Yang is still a very raw player with little game management nous so was wary seeing him come on at a nervy time. To throw a somewhat gifted 2-0 lead then go ahead again and not see it out is frustrating. We have sleep walked in to late equalisers a fair few times this season now.

Yeah that's issue for me. Johnston is falling away from where the ball is now going, the now trailing leg will have no force really as momentum is all going the opposite way really. I think you're maybe looking at this a bit too simplistically him and Ferguson aren't really like for like in terms of player roles these days. Ferguson will most likely be a starter in time for Scotland but to get him in now most likely Mcginn or Mctominay who have probably been our main goal goal sources for past while would have to drop back and it doesn't really make any sense making such an adjustment on the eve of a tournament.
