Very poor from St Peter’s.Campbeltown make the effort every week to raise a team and travel huge distances to play every away game even when struggling badly at the bottom of the table.

Auchinleck have had a phenomenal run and all credit to Tommy S.What a man for constantly delivering talent.Incredible .

It’s a crazy title chase where every team in contention seems to be doing there best not to be!

Liked Abbey Park but appreciate it was getting a bit run down.Must admit not a fan of the sports centre location now as just not good to watch a game and soulless/atmosphere-less.

The story of our season sadly -just getting poorer week by week

Spot on-the recent consistency has shown that Auchinleck and Tommy Sloan were always going to come good after a slow start.Who knows what might yet happen at the top and Auchinleck will have a big say in that

At the moment we can’t win any game and are a million miles away from mounting any challenge in the league-frankly with the players now turning out I just hope we can avoid relegation

It would take a huge amount more money than the floodlight cost to put down an artificial pitch I think. And actually just reminding myself of the stats as of this Saturday we will have had two home games in 3 months.That is crippling and exceptional.

Spot on-gate income plus sponsors generate the cash flow for Lok and when big hits are taken on both it’s a really difficult position to be in.

Not been a great week with a very poor result again at Irvine but you kind of felt that was coming….

It is complete nonsense .The EGM confirmed the facts .

A lot of wild speculation here and not representative of what was actually reported at the EGM.Cashflow is currently an issue but that will be resolved. Pollok have been engaging very heavily with the local community for many years and on the commercial side have various packages for match sponsorship which are taken for all games.There is lots done to promote the club on various levels .

I am sure we have a number of fans who follow us as their local non league side and also follow a local side further up the senior ranks than us. I don’t think many regular fans travel great distances to watch us as most I suspect are from the Shawlands/Pollokshaws area and surrounds. The bugbear of the Old Firm is the fact that many folk with no connection at all to those teams travel from all over Scotland never thinking about watching or supporting their local sides just because they can watch a team that wins almost every game.

And your evidence of that is what?

Many of them just turn up from all over Scotland ignoring their own local sides because it’s easy to “support” a team which wins 99% of its games against vastly poorer resourced opponents .And then they go home to their towns and villages dozens of miles from Glasgow and feel good.But have never enjoyed the ups and downs and the investment of following their own local team.And that’s why we love it.Lok have some issues arising from various factors at the moment but all Lok fans will I am sure rise up and meet the challenge because we love our own local club and are proud to follow it.

Auchinleck have been quietly putting together a very good run of results.If they had started the season that way they would be right up at the top challenging but all credit to Tommy Sloan in working away at things.In the meantime at Lok we are disappearing without a whimper and just continuing to falter in games.Poor stuff after a start that promised a lot.

It’s going to go down to the wire.Clydebank are very consistent and will have the odd blip but get the points.Beith win a load of games.Maybe the Lok will have a hand in it all-if we ever get thr bones of a team back together from the shambles we are currently seeing!

It’s a great competitive league and as good as any in Scotland.We won’t win the league but are probably able to cause mischief if we are on form!If not we will get a few gubbings.

It’s a very tasty contest-that’s for sure.Clydebank have put themselves into a very strong position but a good bit to go yet.We come up against them on Saturday but it’s one of many important games to be played yet.I hope Lok will compete knowing our inconsistencies this season!
