A new website has been set up at www.CAT22.org to assist clubs and individuals to form a large group which will demand that SPFL reform into a National League system open to all clubs. Similar to most European access levels, particularly Austria, the plan envisages two Premiers (12-12) underpinned by three regional Championship.A and five Championship.B, with Nine district leagues. The alternative would be a `class action` against the top five levels, made possible by new laws in Scotland, as well as, a specific `competitions` CAT (Class Action Tribunal) for UK. It likely will also be aimed at removing SFA Rules designed to prevent access and competition.

The question being addressed by a potential `class action` suit is whether the vast majority of clubs wish SPFL to continue to dictate and paralyse the entire game here, fairly obviously (as the former First Minister`s investigation said) to the serious detriment of its economic and technical performance. Is there (seriously) another option ?
