  1. This video should reassure you on transferring tickets on the app, I bought a ticket from somebody last Euros and it was straightforward, you just need to enter the email of the person who's buying it off you and click transfer. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=roGCRCcDAKc P.S. The above is if you got your ticket through the public lottery, if you got it through the SSC the process of transferring your ticket is more complicated.
  2. I know UEFA are saying there will be no further opportunities to sell tickets through their resale hub but I don't believe it for a second, it would be pushing trade to touts like Stubhub etc, especially for the knockout rounds when loads of people will have tickets they no longer want. Regarding @Morton Supporter 's spare Hungary ticket, I doubt there will be any shortage of people on this forum willing to take it off his hands for face value..
  3. Have to disagree there, Strathspey Thistle are nothing like the monumental mess Fort William were in their final years in the Highland League. Getting Fraserburgh and Buckie twice each for their last four games when the championship was looking like coming down to goal difference was harsh in the extreme, especially after their manager had jumped ship and the word was about a whole new squad, board and management set up for next season. Results didn't go their way over the season but most clubs struggled to get the points off them.
  4. Given the potential pathways I think I'm going to dump Maryburgh without ever seeing them play, and go glory hunting with Stratton Wanderers.
  5. A comparison with the English pyramid would be interesting re league sizes, tier levels and attendences. Unable to check it out at the moment.
  6. The 10 club league experiment has brainwashed people into thinking that only promotion and demotion matters, league position outside that and beating your rivals is irrelevant.
  7. It was Jinnah who insisted on Partition against the wishes of Britain and Nehru. The Muslim League that he led threatened war if it didn't come about.
  8. Agreed, I don't get why SPFL fans seem so keen on playing each other 4 times minimum a season. I get that the difference between promotion and demotion can be very tight and brings pressure to nearly every game, but it also means managers are terrified of trying out young players or experimenting with tactics, getting time for new systems to bed in.
  9. You have to wonder a demoted SPFL club will ever make the return journey, and whether the SPFL will ever realise that blocking automatic promotion from tier 5 actually makes it more difficult.
  10. 7 more wins for Dundee North End and the Championship will be theirs, hopefully announced at halftime during Germany v Scotland!
  11. Mick Kennedy will likely let half his 35 plus crew away on stags again for the play offs like with Darvel, and maybe Spider too, so I won't be betting on the outcome.
  12. Buckie got beaten by Lossie, Clach and Wick, and drew with Vale, all since February. That shows you how badly Brechin failed.
  13. I think they must have already promised to make the upgrades required within a year to qualify for the play offs. There was a deadline to commit to it for any club who had a chance of winning a while ago.
  14. You might think about widening your gates and ordering extra pies.
  15. The League Secretary was at the Clach v Lossie game, left just before full time(2pm kick off) , asked him where he was heading with the Cup and he didn't have a clue understandably..
  16. Superb stuff, good luck to anyone trying it in the North..
  17. 2pm kick off today at home to Lossie.
  18. A reminder for anyone taking in Clach v Lossie today, it's a 2pm kick off at Lossie's request, presumably to ensure that they'll be gettin’ hame in time fir thir supper.
  19. Nearly all Buckie's players travel for 3 hours to get to training and back, if they were scared of travel they'd be playing for a club nearer Inverness or Aberdeen.
  20. I heard the similar from a Director, his main gripe was that he heard from a Cove blazer that the hospitality offered to visiting officials in the SPFL was inferior to that of Highland League clubs. This was last season, he could be in a minority and I've heard that attitudes may have changed.
  21. I like having all of North football in one place personally, each to their own though..
  22. I'm not sure how you lot manage to get out of bed in the morning.
  23. Buckie have only taken 3 points on one Saturday since February 17th, and that includes losing against Clach, Lossie and Wick. If any team is capable of crashing into the final hurdle, it's Buckie.
  24. From what I can see Strathspey borrowed Kit Fletcher from Fort William. Their normal goalkeeper Ethan Rae must be injured, he's excellent, turned 18 today and on loan from Ross County, played a blinder when they beat Clach a few weeks ago.
