Home to Killie and Hearts are must wins, glad either cheek won’t be running on our pitch to celebrate lifting the trophy

That all depends on the result at Dens. Lose there and yes you would expect we will need to win those two to have a chance of Europe. First and foremost we need the Hot X Buns to do us a turn at Dens tomorrow which seems far from certain going by recent events.

What a shitey, cowardly, backward little police ran country we live in

The SPFL shitting a brick to avoid what every other country in the world would do, a final day decider.

All because the police won’t &/or can’t do their job effectively.

    Utterly pathetic.

Sky want it on a specific date and they're waiting to see if it them becomes a potential title decider.

Tbh they shoukd just schedule it last day and leave the issues to the police, it's hardly unpolicable, the do cup finals which are logistically much worse regularly

So which is it dictating the date of the final bigotfest, Police Scotland or SKY ?

FWIW I think the SPFL are the biggest apologists here. Pretty sure Police Scotland haven't issued some order to the SPFL not to make an OF game the final fixture. The governing body know fine they cant be trusted not to shame their brand and they themselves then take it upon themselves to avoid it whilst never actually saying why leaving it open to the type of speculation we are seeing now.

They’ve already done so, just haven’t updated the page that the table is on as yet. Points for Netherlands away and Northern Ireland at home are on each individuals accounts.

    You do not.

I didn't mean you won't get points for those games, I suspect they just won't update the "November" position ie the points used to decide who got for the group stages until after the tournament. Let's see, it's just a hunch based purely on it making it easier for their admin rather than any sense of fairness.

Yep, mine has moved to 11 points now. Although they've not updated the main table showing numbers at each level. That's still dated November and doesn't include the Netherlands or Northern Ireland games.

Odd. Certainly looks like they think they refunded you and aren't going to credit the points. I wonder if your history has been mixed with someone else's? I've certainly got the 2 points for the game (but then I'm not showing a refund either). Looks like you'll need to phone them to sort it.

Don't think they will update the "November" position until after the Euros. Pretty sure the points position for the original Euro ticket sale will be maintained in case we make the ko stages.

I wonder what innocent toomfoolery this pub is keen to avoid being filmed?

Probably for the best in an absolute shite hole like that whichever Bun hole it turns out to be. Perma yoon seethe is nothing new.

Recently seen a couple of river birds that are supposed to prefer quiet spots in urban sites.

Saw a kingfisher in a (large) copse about 50 yards from an active building site.

Saw a dipper about 10 yards from the bridge i was on which carries an A road out of brecon town centre.

Also a goosander nesting in a park in the town centre, a stones throw from a massive Tesco.

As well as those, the cormorant colony in my local park must be over 50 birds easily now.

I can only assume that sewage is good for them

Cormorants and Goosanders means a plentiful supply of fish close by.

    FIFY.

    You are correct.

You can see the posts on here, usually when we lose, with barbs about Robinson or his signings, every time they post.

They don't have the balls to admit they were wrong about Robinson's appointment and makes them look very foolish. Long may it last.

P.S. I agree with you regarding McMenamin.

Yesterday was crying out for a switch when Scott came on. Cochrane had Mcmenamin in his pocket as he has no right foot despite Mcmenamin beating him constantly, he couldn't get a cross in with his right and Cochrane knew that so just ushered him onto his right side every time he went past him.

Our recent form hasn't even been that bad. Last 6 or last 10 matches both are still comfortably top six form. Last 4 we've played Aberdeen, Hearts, Killie and Well, the two best teams in the league outside the OF and one of the most in form and taken 4 points, most of the doomsayers were predicting 0.

The problem is of course, that Robbo has done a brilliant job and is now probably our most successful manager since the 80s. Now despite what they say, a lot of people wouldn't actually "love to be proved wrong" and they aren't happy at all about this. Therefore they have to blow every minor setback way out of proportion and can't enjoy any of the good times because 2 years ago they said he was Stubbs MK2 and won't just admit things changed.

There is a hard core within our support that seem openly hostile towards Robinson and are looking for any stick to beat him with. Yes a few decisions he makes frustrate me (he has hung Mcmenamin out to dry playing him on the right constantly imo) but his overall record is beyond anything else in generations. I have no idea why the haters seem to hate (possibly not being a "St Mirren" man is all I can think of which in this day and age is beyond laughable) but they certainly seem to seize on every minute thing they can.

    Play offs?

Agree about Olusanya, his goal yesterday was excellent. He's been a really important player for us this season, every single aspect of his game has improved.

I said on the match thread that there aren't many players in the league who'd have scored that. He out muscled and out ran the Hearts defence, then a very composed finish. He almost made it look easy.

He is the first forward we have had in years that if he gets a 1-on-1 with the keeper I'm reasonably confident he is going to score. One of the best in that situation we have had.

I was thinking yesterday, whilst it was great that the ground was sold out, we do have a fair few season ticket holders that, for whatever reason, can't attend each week. I'm not knocking these guys, they put their money in each season, probably knowing they won't get the full value, and I know plenty of them won't even live in Scotland anymore, but I wonder if it would be worth the club trying to set up some kind of exchange, or resale for these tickets, especially with everything being digital now? They have a list of all the season ticket holders, could it be as easy as signing in, marking yourself as "not going" and that releases the ticket for someone else? Not sure it's as easy as that, but might be worth a look, especially as we have one of the smaller grounds.

It's pretty standard these days, definitely worth it as my son and I fall firmly into the category you describe and it does seem a waste of a seat when we cant make it.

Thought our penalty was harsh but it seems they are given all the time these days which is shite for the game.

Not quite sure why the ref was even sent to check the St Mirren one, never a penalty. However once he's sent I was convinced it'd be given. We've been on the receiving end of the ref sticking to his decision and it feels like a double dunt, sore one.

The wind ruined it as a spectacle, pretty much every pass over 10 yards was affected. Both teams done their best given the conditions.

Really pleased to dig that out considering the players we were missing.

Looks a stone wall pen on the TV highlights. Hearts defender takes his standing leg from behind. Classic case of ref being a c**t and not admitting his mistake.
