  1. Gutted if we lose Sow but if its actually 1.5 million then that is ridiculous amount of money. Im not sure I get the Don Cowie signing, my first thought was he'll get the odd game here and there but hes another one thats been recruited to get his coaching badges and join the backroom staff. Gomis going means it looks like he'll be a straight replacement for him instead. Expecting another striker at least tonight, and maybe a defender. Edit: This is as exciting as a deadline day has been since the Romanov days though!
  2. Bit of a shocker there! Happy to have been proved wrong, I do think there has been a change in Walkers attitude over the last year and that has helped massively, brilliant prospect now.
  3. That really is a fantastic result against Bohemians, they'd easily be pushing Celtic for the title if they were playing in Scotland. Not wanting to get carried away but that shows a real statement of intent by us for the coming season.
  4. A home win in the first game of the season then an away day like Dundee United or Kilmarnock where we can take 4 or 5 thousand, please.
  5. Same here, I'm fucking buzzin'.
  6. I've moved from the Gorgie to the Roseburn, may as well get a better view for the same price, presume quite a few will have done the same.
  7. Can't remember the last time I liked both the home and the away kit. Glad we've got rid of the collar, wasn't a fan of this seasons for that reason, interesting to see how our 3rd kit is.
  8. Might just have worn another top, if I haven't I probably will at some point haha. Cheers mate!
  9. Probably man, up at soccerworld? I'll have been the boy in the Hearts top with the brutal first touch.
  10. Just handed in my last ever piece of coursework, all that's left is to get my degree classification. What a feeling.
  11. Would have rather seen him gone for some money but pretty happy to see Wilson leave, absolutely not a captain and Ozturk showed him up a bit this season in terms of defensive abilities.
  12. I can see your point, I just meant more from a willing to chase after every ball sort of point of view, the last thing you want when you're a goal behind is someone too tired or lazy to stand off the defenders.
  13. I'd be disappointed if we let Keating's go, there's not been many performances where I've been genuinely unhappy with him, normally gives it his best shot. Could probably put Carrick in this bracket, not reliable enough to be the 'guaranteed' goalscorer that we need but definitely good enough to be used if we go for 2 up top/as an impact sub. Fair enough that we've been up front about his playing time next season though.
  14. Didn't realise internet forums were taken so seriously. Good to see people are fighting the good fight for moderation equality.
  15. Ended up in air bar for a bit last night and heard this, thought it was a really good sound, nice one!
  16. Depends how subtly they do it, there was a cool Valencia one a couple of years ago that pulled it off quite well with names. Glad there's been a reward scheme set up, should hopefully encourage a few more people to join and keep hold of pledges as well now the club is safe. Hoping the points are backdated or its going to take a while for me to get anything significant.
  17. Will score goals for fun in this league. If you signed him in football manager 2008, not so sure now.
  18. http://www.heartsfc.co.uk/news/3999 Cowdenbeath tickets on sale from tuesday for those with over 80 or more loyalty points, and an allocation of around 3,000. This one should be reaching a general sale, a bit steep at £18 for an uncovered terrace with no concessions for student's or 17-18 year olds though.
  19. I tend to just sing whatever the majority around me are singing.
  20. Dundee's if he fancies pissing about for 4 years and taking a decent degree classification from it. St. Andrews if he wants to be an arsehole.
  21. Sitting on the bench is more than he'll be doing here so I doubt we'll have a problem with that. Looks to me like he's 3rd choice which is a shame on him but I'd definitely prefer Hamilton to be on the bench given he did little wrong in his few performances when both Gallacher and Alexander were out injured.
  22. If only, early reports of it being as high as 71% in Dundee. Mental.
  23. Dundee would need to be 65%+ for Yes to have a chance. Anything less will show the silent voters have been much more prevalent for No than we thought, all but given up if I'm honest. f**k.
  24. If there's anything the last year has told us, it's cheats always prosper.
