Motherwell v St. Mirren
Stan Bo replied to TPAFKA Jersey 2's topic in Scottish Premiership General Chatter
Massive 15/20 minutes coming up. Can't have another bottle job like killie. -
Just seen in our last 5 games v Kilmarnock we have 1 goal. And it was a Kyle Maggenis own goal! Due to my son game I wasnt sure I was going to be able to get to this one but all things going well then two of us will be able to get there. What will parking be like round the stadium about 20/15 to 3? Usually get the train down but that won't work out

Was just going to post the same. Elvis is fine, but far better defensively than going forward. Would probably suit playing RB in a 4 more than a wing back in a 5. -

As much as Im a massive fan of Robbo I agree with Random guy, I think Robbo would need to do something out of the ordinary to get a move to the levels that would tempt him to leave us. One concern would normally be his former clubs (like McInnes with West Brom), but with the best will in the world Luton and Bournemouth aren't coming calling and agree with DJ that Cormack will be petrified of another poor appointment and the Dons fans just wouldn't take to Robbo going in so closely after Goodwin -

Warnock sounds like an absolutely beaten man in that interview on BBC. Luckily for Aberdeen they have enough goals in Miovski to avoid 11th -
In fairness to Main he definitely doesn't look as lean as he did last season, think once he's fully fit he will be a decent player for Dundee Thought we were really comfortable tonight, agree with everyone about Mandron, was absolutely fantastic tonight. Dodgson looked so nervous up against Scott as well in the first half. If Scott was a bit fitter he could have had a field day.

Tony Doc has done a really good job at Dundee. I remembered thinking they could be doomed after the first game in Paisley, just looked a miles off it, with Beck having an absolute nightmare of a game. For them to be in the mix for top 6 is some going in such a short turnaround Think Wednesdays game will be a good one. Hopefully we can put together a decent run like the start of the season after the recent lull. Definitely one where we should be aiming to win.

He definitely won't be coming to us. Whoever he does go to though when was the last time he played? Must be miles off match fitness. -

Charles Dunne is the only one that I would think is even a possibility who would want more game time. I know he splits opinion but I think he's a really good back up option. -

I'm not saying he would be my choice but we are one of very few probably in a position to sign him. -

I was wondering if we were the team that were in for him. Can't see it being Hearts, Hibs or Aberdeen. Killie and Dundee have signed Stewart and Main. St Johnstone and Motherwell I wouldn't imagine have the funds leaving us or Ross County? Can't say he's ever overly impressed but does seem like a bit of a Robinson signing in terms of physicality -
Saint Mirren v Queen of the South

Well that was awful. No pass marks at all from saints. McMenamin has been absolutely awful, wonder where the guy that started the season has went. Bolton looking petrified when the ball lands at his feet and just gets rid of it instantly. Ayunga poor again when starting. Surely can't be that poor again. -

Supposedly a holding midfielder. 6ft 3 so a decent size but it's clearly a punt. -

St Mirren v Killie

That was grim tonight. Think a draw would have been a fair result but whoever scored first was always going to win 1-0. Thought Watkins took his finish really well. I said after the Motherwell game that OHara must be carrying an injury and I maintain that, looked miles off it today. Jonah was dreadful as well. I missed the Ross County game but have to say I've not been overly impressed with him since he cam back in. Certainly hasn't earned starting 5/6 games while everyone else rotates around him. McMenamin is woefully out of form as well. Has been an empty jersey for weeks. Thought Bolton looked decent in his first start, a really looked out most likely to score. Tansers good form continues, Kiltie was ok, same as Baccus. -
Absolutely pathetic from st mirren again. All comes from Dunne and McMenamin pissing about.
