Would you say that completing the main quest line counts as completing GTA V or would you say not until you get that 100% achievement?

Hide in an alley or behind a building that has a wall at the back. I once hid in an open area that had high walls, could see the police cars passing me about 50 feet away but still got off. I like how you can rob stores as well
