I actually liked the Ahui bit in the video. Very good. I'm happy with that, it gives us another option at right back and also looks like he has played at centre back before and right midfield in the League of Ireland. So maybe some versatility as well.

Aye, I avoid Whitletts entirely. I come in via Prestwick and down Hunters Avenue past the back of Northfield Bowling Club. I can't stand Whitletts roundabout, the amount of donkies who just cross lanes mid flow. I once had to go round the fucking thing again because someone cut me off! Sorry to intrude on your thread but I just wanted to commend the club on a brilliant initiative. My six year old son is a young maroon and is there every Saturday morning at Ochilview. I have just seen that he gets a free U16 season ticket for the coming season. He will be delighted and in all likelihood you'll either get myself (or his mum) paying at the gate when Ayr United aren't at Somerset! Starting this Saturday against Forfar. You won't convert me (as an Ayr diehard) but you do have the chance of converting him!

You have to remember the opposition. Reading ain't the answer. I would be delighted to be proved wrong but he's on Houston trajectory at the moment. I fully expect him to rock up at Queen of the South in the summer. Maybe even sooner.

Tbf, Hewitt was on another level in that first leg of the playoffs. I was amazed when he came back out for the second half. I'm pretty sure he was discombobulated throughout.

If you're good enough you're old enough. If it's a straight choice between him and Hewitt, I pick Watret every day of the week. Hewitt at right back is an experiment which hasn't worked. Edit - I'd even play Finn at rightback ahead of Hewitt.

Aye, fullbacks have been a known issue. Bullen said it would be addressed at the Q&A. I have every confidence that he will deal with it.
