Suspected at the start of the season the clown would get 10-12 games and sadly that looks the least he will get. Can't help but think we are just delaying the inevitable as we have become such a slow ponderous negative side. We should be looking to attack teams and try to take control of games and I desperately hope that whoever eventually replaces Laszlo will be more attack minded when sending the team out.

You have to wonder where Goodwillies career would be just now if he hadn't pumped that lassie. The lad was considered Scotland's best striking prospect for some time and is undoubtedly too good for the level he is playing at, however with some serious baggage he is at best going to split fans opinions wherever he ends up.

Sadly there may be some truth in this although it could be argued that keeping him on will cost even more in the long run. What I find astounding is that there wasn't a non promotion clause included in his contract. I know there were rumours that there was but surely to f**k if that was the case he would have bulleted after the Livvy game.

Whilst it is definitely in the best interests of the club for Thompson to sell up and move on I'm not convinced Gibson would have been the answer, a tangerine Peter Marr imo. Hopefully there are other interested parties out there but failure to get promoted last season may well have killed off potential investors interest.

Slater and Keatings were the 2 biggest disappointments signing wise last season for me, both looked great signings on paper but contributed hee haw. Both have had recent injury problems and may come good yet.

I believe the fee was much smaller than that (£20-40k) due to United insisting on a healthy sell on clause, might be bullshit but what I heard at the time.

His wiki page is incorrect, he played 24 times last season as mentioned in the press release. Also was listed as 9 foot 8" tall on wiki but I don't believe that to be true.
