I'm an EK fan and I don't like him.
Hoping he gets EK promoted this season and then moves on to another project swiftly after.
More chance he will move on if you get beat in the playoffs.

Doubt it, they seem happy with the income boost and have plans to reinvest. I'd probably say Stranraer if I was guessing

Hope so but hopes and expectations will be more next season. Not putting pressure on Hunts and the team but ground wise there could well be if we improve. Falkirk council were given responsibility to maintain the the stadium. Let it rot and could not get rid of the responsibility quickly enough . Tough job now for NPA to get ground to spec if needed . Don’t get me wrong I think we have a cracking ground but it was so much better before the council let it slide lost the seated stand etc
Terracing will need fixed and barriers put in I think.

Same here. Looked like Clyde were a sure thing for bottom, but they got Jordan Allan on loan. He always looked like he would bang in the goals at the lower levels. Unfortunately, when he was with Cowden, we had clueless Bollan in charge and Allan didn't get a proper chance. I think it's six goals in four games now for him. Clyde have what should be a couple of tough games coming up, but it looks like Spartans and Peterhead have already assumed they won't be caught. If Clyde gets some points from the next two matches they will be in with a decent chance of catching Stranraer or Bonnyrigg. The latter two play each other in a few weeks as well.
Heard one of the mentioned clubs due to financing would rather be playing in the LL.

Will be an even tougher game with EK having an extra incentive on the 3 points today - would be good to spoil/delay the party.
Hopefully we manage to take an impressive 3 cars full through today.
Thatl be 2 more than they take to away games

@UpInTheStand could have brought his camera in and shown him the incident.
I have a ton of respect for referees, most are doing their best. I hate the abuse they get from players and coaches. Everyone makes mistakes and none of the mistakes the ref made on Saturday were as bad as those by some of the players (looking at you, Joseph).
That said, my moan was because refereeing in Scotland is one of those professions in which they seem to get more incompetent as you go up. It happens in some workplaces because gits promote gits. This season I've seen refs without linos at Royal Albert, Larkhall, Aberdeen East End and elsewhere genuinely put in better performances than you regularly see in the Premiership. There are loads of exceptions but lower down the pyramid they tend to have a better feel for the game, a much better idea of the kind of physical contact that should and shouldn't put an opponent down and show more respect to players.
What role do the linos bring to a game at LL level. Terracing side lino must have seen the handball at the end. So are they just there for the obvious ball out for throw ins and offsides .

If EK are still in the division next season you may as well give them the trophy on the first day of the season.
Do you think they will still throw money about like confetti again if they don't go up ?

The frustrating thing for Tranent is this is now the third cancellation to the home fixture v Celtic B.
Special mention to the Lowland League Board for allowing this to happen.
And East kilbride

Will a bigger club have ever played in a smaller league? Surely the SFA could issue special dispensation so that we avoid relegation.

Upgrading is the responsibility of the NPA and its income source is the money generated from all the local clubs who use the facilities.
NPA responsible for terracing repairs ?

It was a community trust initiative wasn't it, not really linked to the club? Stadium was going to be built from arranged funding as a community resource (gyms, event halls, attract concerts etc), the infrastructure was built which was part of the reason for dualling Greenhills Road and they even put directional signs to "community stadium" around Calderglen, Langlands & Greenhills. I know COVID got in the way but seems strange not one bit of work has been done, even with starting a car park to keep the planning permission live.
Got most of those facilities at brancumhall ?

Was that all? Looked more from where I was stood.
Really enjoyed that game today as a neutral. Rose were the better team in the first half and deservedly went in 2-1 up at half time. I thought numbers 17 and 7 were the scorers but I think the guy on the PA announced both goals scored by the same player?
Celtic were the better team in the second half but you would expect that to be the case with the full time fitness. Draw was a fair result I thought
