I haven't battled at all in Go, but from what I've seen people say, the recent update (as shite as it was for other reasons) has apparently made gyms easier to defend.

I saw an article on it, seems to only be iPhone and the article I read said that people are signing in with the wrong google account, so sign out and sign back in and make sure you've got the right account.

1/4 of the way through Pokémon Go's RNG ride.

Was at the cinema today so we went down to the Tiger Mural at Clydeside, caught an Omanyte and a whole f**k load of Rattata, Pidgeys and Spearow. If the game is still popular when I go back to College then I'll need a portable battery charger.

Likewise, I haven't caught a single Eevee yet, I'd gladly trade living in a Drowzee nest for an Eevee one. I've caught fucking 104 Drowzee so far. Hell, I'd even rather have Pidgey or Rattata so I could farm xp with evolutions.

I think that's just really lucky. When you focus on a pokémon in your nearby, you do it so that you can out which direction it's in (if you turn your phone so that your avatar turns on the map, when he's facing in the direction of the focused pokémon, a little green pulse, for lack of a better word, comes round the nearby box). The 3 step bug is just that pokémon's true distance isn't showing up, but the pokémon should still be spread out between 0 and 300m like they would be if the nearby thing wasn't broken.

Wouldn't think so, if Nintendo/Pokémon Company have any say in it then they won't sell them since all Pokémon events for the actual games have always been free.

Mew will probably end up being an event of some sort. Maybe same with masterballs/Mewtwo/Legendary Birds.

Wouldn't be so happy, type effectiveness seems to not be as important in Go as it normally is. From what I've heard, Vaporeon is far stronger than Jolteon despite the types. Someone datamined the game and found that if you're standing still, Incense is supposed to spawn a pokémon every 5 minutes but if you're walking, it'll spawn one every couple of minutes if you've travelled 200m.

Rutherglen is fucking ridiculous for Drowzees. I've caught about 180 pokémon and 65 of them have been drowzees. Took this to show my mates how ridiculous it is a few days ago; Then looked again two minutes later and another had fucking appeared; I've got about 95 candies as I'm waiting till I find a good place to pop my lure and lucky egg and mass evolve like 10 things. But aye, if you ever need Drowzees then come this way, fucking swarming with the fuckers.

I was at the Liverpool show last Friday and after NAK beat the "Tasslemaniacs", he turned up with a chair and cleared out the NAK. Good. Fucking. Stuff. Fear and Loathing will be absolutely cracking.

Leto as the Joker is probably the pick of the castings, including the Batman vs Superman ones, too. Will Smith is a terrible one, though. I was discussing it with someone and neither of us could think of a film where he's played a villain. Even if Suicide Squad has villains as the main characters, presumably you're not supposed to rout for them, I'm not sure Smith can do that. I'm still far more interested in Marvel's films but it might be alright, I like David Ayer's stuff.

You say this, but are you still watching the product? Cause you should probably stop that if you hate them so much... I'm not familiar with a lot of the reasons, but I think Bret is the only one that comes to close to Punk's situation in that it was Vince that fucked Bret (in Bret's eyes). Even then, Bret was in the wrong regarding dropping the title, so once he realises that, it's probably easier to go back. Guys like Warrior and Austin both made bad choices and fucked Vince so it's more Vince's choice to let them return. Punk's leaving was maybe a bit akin to Austin's (although I believe Punk told them and wasn't advertised for a match or anything like Austin was) but then the firing on his wedding day will be the nail in the coffin. I agree, but I'm not sure that Triple H is the right guy, especially in the wake of the Punk stories. It's no emo, it's Colt being humble. Saying that he "landed the big one" makes it seem like he's done something to deserve it, when he clearly doesn't feel that being good mates with someone counts for that sort of thing.

Did something happen with the Bucky Boys at Fear and Lothian or are they just both in the same match? Got tickets for the Square Go so Renfrew vs Galloway on that would be nice.

I thought he was good too, under utilized as an on-screen character, IMO. But I guess they need to trim the budget and he's an obvious candidate for the chop.
