  1. The amount of young people i used to work with who were running about in cars I would struggle to afford was mind boggling tbf. The financial decisions some young people make are incredible. Do they get any sort of financial planning advice in school?
  2. With digital tickets you're surely less likely to get scammed as they can't print out and punt fakes multiple times? They either have a ticket to send you (which will be in the app) or they don't.
  3. They might be waiting until after the payment window for the ballot closes
  4. I admire @Juan Mata's confidence tbh, but I don't know how someone can be so certain about their ability to now obtain tickets at face value through an official sale.
  5. Quite easily tbf. (No. of People wanting tickets / No. of Tickets available) × 100
  6. The way i read the stuff from UEFA that was when it suggested they'd be released. I've no experience of the digital tickets so if it's earlier then that's happy days.
  7. Curious as to what @Hendricksdisagrees with there tbh. Which part is wrong?
  8. I disagree. Look beyond the (admittedly funny) nonsense about the likes of marzipan dildos and it's plain to see from them that restrictions were indeed being introduced and lifted based primarily on political optics rather than on any scientific basis. That is scandalous and raises serious questions IMO.
  9. Email confirmation or not the waiting game will continue until the day / 2 days before the game, though. UEFA won't be releasing the tickets to mobile devices until then and surely until they do the reseller obviously can't send them on? I'm in that boat for the Swiss game but doubt I'll fully relax about them until A the tickets are in my app and B they've been activated and let me through the turnstile.
  10. With face value tickets in the bag for one game, I’m severely tempted to pay slightly over the odds for a pair to the Swiss / Germany game via a reseller. I know someone on here used one already, but can anyone recommend any particular site or know where to find which end the Scotland fans are in for the game?
  11. Hungary game for me. Very pleased. Will be hunting for sure for the others now, but not hopeful of getting any tbh.
  12. It does also, though, give us a clear route to go into the game knowing a win would put us top or level on points. Granted you’d have a game in hand, but also having a midweek trip to Cove is surely undesirable?
  13. Just the 2 attacks by these dogs in the last couple of days I see.
  14. Can see why these bellends were so resistant to going back to normal. Utter charlatans. Wild how many people still think they worked their arses off to "keep people safe" and that they were "amazing"
  15. From the POV of the Title Race it would make no difference now anyway.
  16. I’ll give you one guess who runs that particular account
  17. I don't remember him particularly standing out early in the season (good or bad), but he definitely chucked it the first time he got dropped.
  18. Pretty decent trolling that I'll be honest I wasn't arsed to see him leave us as I didn't think he was giving 100% which wasn't what we needed.
  19. Agreed. But you could have put them down before the coldest night then lifted them next day, and the reduction in frost means the game would have more chance at being on. As with two weeks ago Stirling made no effort whatsoever to get the game on. That's your prerogative, but I don't see how it's in your favour to play us midweek.
  20. Ultimately, though, with it now being midweek we're more likely to win it than we were today. Very little, if any, benefit to Falkirk from this game being postponed.
  21. 2-1s are, though. The only game you've played.
  22. 0 defeats all season, yet you've lost 100% of the games you've played since the story broke. Just saying...
  23. Back to back honking results. Maybe it's not all over just yet...
  24. I know there is a lot of hate for artificial pitches, but it's at this time of year they are a real asset to clubs in Scotland. Everyone would love to have a well kept grass pitch with USH but it's just not practical or sustainable for about 50% of our clubs. Not all artificial pitches are the same either so the clamour to ban them all from the top flight is shameful imo. Anyway, off to the pub now regardless and fingers crossed i can make the re-re-arranged fixture.
