My memory of it is that "long covid" was being pointed out as being Post Viral Fatigue from the get go. The only reason PVF after Covid was (and still is) being given a specific name was because Covid was framed as something new and unlike anything else, long after it became clear it was just another in the long line of respiratory viruses. Which, tbf, the article appears to highlight.

The salary is listed as £22-£25k for the academic year. £25k for 40 weeks work is equivalent to 93% of the UK average salary over the same period. Hardly appalling.

Actually I behaved myself when I was younger. Not least because the shoeing I'd have gotten had I been papped out of school for being a dick wasn't something I was dying to tick off my bucket list. However, let's both be serious here... we're not talking about pupils who are a "bit of a lad" now and then. We're talking about those who aren't arsed at all about school and are routinely disruptive, to the detriment of everyone else.

Pupils could simply stop being dicks rather than taking thinly stretched resources away from other pupils on top of their learning already being disrupted by wasters who won’t behave.

I'm presuming here, but I suspect it'll be along the lines of the resale site holds your money until the seller transfers the tickets from their account to the reseller site. Then they will pay them and transfer the tickets to you.

A fair point RE: Resellers. I've got one pair from one. I don't see how there can be any issue using them once they are transferred. But the whole thing relies on the owner transferring them in the first place.

I entered the code at 10:00 and got in within 20 minutes. Given the demand and the fact everyone got 15 minutes once in I'd say 2 minutes is a huge time difference.

This seems to be a commen mistake people made. I think you only joined the queue when you entered the code, regardless of when you opened the window.
