  1. I'm not expecting a result but I really wouldn't be surprised if we got one, particularly if Allan can actually find his shooting boots. However, as mentioned above, we'll only go on to give points away to Elgin & Forfar in the following matches anyway. It doesn't matter now so it's hard to care now about any fixture apart from the last half a dozen before the playoffs now for a bit of form.
  2. Leslie on for Young with Rennie moving across. A McCall sub I actually agree with!
  3. Forfar doing well to make it tight and stuffy but we've had absolutely no quality about us. Young and Ballantyne have been particularly poor and Peter Grant is still a liability at the back but no one has played well.
  4. Spartans and Peterhead equalisers too!
  5. McCall having to be told by the assistant he's not allowed another sub stoppage. Embarrassing.
  6. Two horrendous substitution choices but McCall.
  7. I can only assume Euan Cameron is like Messi in training for him to keep getting game time. Started well and contained Dumbarton for the most part but we'll need to be a lot more proactive and careful with possession in the second half to see this out.
  8. Bonnyrigg 2-0 East Fife Clyde 1-2 Dumbarton Elgin 3-2 Stenhousemuir Forfar 2-1 Peterhead Stranraer 1-1 Spartans
  9. Those highlights are atrocious. The only team scoring more in that game would have been Stranraer, though King & Allan should have scored between them when Grant put them through. I have a small amount of sympathy for Ross Lyon as he was completely sold by Kabia giving the ball away with near enough our entire team in the Stranraer box. Still, a bit more composure from Lyon and he could have probably covered better and not dived in when he did. Parry showing again that he should have retired 2 years ago. If you can't run from the edge of your box back to your goal in half the time it takes him, you shouldn't be playing 11s any more. I'd say he should stick to five-a-side as that box is more his size, but he'd still be beaten by every low shot that wasn't straight at him. McCall should be ashamed of that performance.
  10. So a chairman who has made a near endless list of bad decisions should stay because him going probably won't do anything to prevent our relegation? Even if we end up in the lowland league, the sooner Gordon Thomson is out the club the better it will be for everyone.
  11. Well at least that extinguishes any hope of avoiding last place. Absolutely atrocious team selection. Everyone has known all season we needed a goalkeeper, leftback and ideally a right back. We took a long time to bring in two of those and then they don't even start. At least the club is as shite as its chairman now. I'd say Thomson would resign tonight but we already know he has no shame or dignity whatsoever.
  12. Dumbarton 2-1 Forfar East Fife 1-3 Stenhousemuir Stranraer 1-2 Clyde Spartans 1-1 Elgin
  13. I personally would have Dunachie starting ahead of Howie, who's actually had a couple of poor performances already. I don't expect that to happen but Dunachie was a stand out amongst the shite earlier in the season and I think he'd only play better getting to play centreback beside Hamilton. He's also a huge threat at attacking corners.
  14. Shocking to throw that away. Scullion sitter in the first half. Allan through clear on goal. Rennie shooting from outside the box instead of slipping Leitch in. Should have won that comfortably.
  15. Bonnyrigg Rose 2-0 Stranraer Clyde 1-2 Peterhead Elgin City 2-1 East Fife Forfar Athletic 0-1 Spartans Stenhousemuir 3-1 Dumbarton
  16. Well it's been nice being a proper club whilst it's lasted. Someone remind me again how over 80% of people voted to re-elect Gordon Thomson?
  17. Started well, fell out of it completely then worked our way back into it a little. Still too many hopeful balls forward and no composure. Leitch took a long time to get involved in much which didn't help. Dunachie caught out by the highball for the goal and not helped by Howie diving in seconds later instead of just trying to contain the men. Cuddihy's passing has been utterly atrocious.
  18. Gutted for Jaz, he played a great game but just fell short. Harry put in a terrific shift to be fair to him, but there was so much glaring evidence overlooked. Its a shame they didn't allow discussion when it came to the final 4 and only basic comments could be made. With more time Jaz could possibly have made a stronger argument to convince Mollie. Then again, Harry could probably have said he was a traitor half an hour earlier and she still would have said he was a faithful, 100%!

  20. I'm still just backing the faithfuls as its hard to pick an easy path for either traitor to win, if the faithfuls actually use their brains (in Mollie's case for the first time). Scenario 1 - Andrew voted off first. Jaz won't let the game end with Harry still in the group and I could see Evie backing Jaz on his Harry theory. Then it's basically a deadlock with Harry & Mollie vs Jaz & Evie. I think, despite being a complete fool, Mollie could just be convinced to switch if they lay all the evidence against Harry out: him telling tales to Paul, Harry getting carried away in his takedown of Paul, the shield/murder fake out, Ross was outraged because not one but two traitors stitched him up. And that's not to mention Andrew maybe leaving breadcrumbs for them as he leaves. I think Harry would be hard pushed in that situation to get anyone else under any real kind of scrutiny without looking desperate. Scenario 2 - Harry voted off first. This is obviously Andrew's best chance but he then has push that there's no more traitors left. But Mollie still does not trust Andrew at all (though she'll just have been made to look a fool over Harry) and the other two would be stupid to overlook a traitor (Ross) pointing a massive warning at another contestant and allowing him to stay. They probably also have a mindset that they should be getting down to a final 3 before stopping. Even if Andrew managed to get Evie or Jaz voted off after Harry, I still think suspicion would come back at him when they were revealed as faithful. Scenario 3 - Evie voted off first. Basically the same as scenario 1 except you get Harry & Mollie vs Jaz & Andrew. That might be a harder sell to get Mollie to switch because she doesn't trust Andrew. Jaz probably isn't convinced on Andrew either but he'd be stupid to get rid of Andrew next and leave himself against the unit of Mollie & Harry. Even if it did come down to those three, it could still raise doubts in Mollie's mind that Jaz refuses to end the game with Harry in it. If Jaz was a traitor he wouldn't care because he'd win the money anyway, so Mollie would have to basically accept her and Harry had to vote off a faithful in Jaz just to end the game, which is a hard sell so isn't a safe route for Harry or Jaz. Andrew can't afford to be stupid enough to get rid of Jaz after Evie, as they still wouldn't have found a traitor and Mollie would want rid of Andrew and he'd know Harry will stab him in the back to be left in the final with Mollie. Other possibilities: I don't think anyone thinks Mollie is a traitor so hard to see her being voted out. And, unless there's a massive swing during the final day, there's not much suspicion on Jaz just now so it's hard to see him going first. Andrew should want to protect him and, given Jaz is so dead set Harry's a traitor, if they get rid of him it'll make Harry look extremely guilty when he's revealed as a faithful.
  21. Got the game for Christmas, having used my 10 hour trial in Decemeber that I'd forgotten about. Quite enjoying it and now spending far too much grinding upgrades on the app. Just starting on my first evolutions players - Jack McKenzie and Lewis Ferguson. Hadn't really got my head around that until now but certainly seems a good addition.
  22. I thought Stevenson was largely fine when he played and was certainly committed in a tackle. He's still young so may develop a bit and probably could do with finding a little more composure at times. I certainly wouldn't be surprised to see him go on to have a reasonable career at lower league level but it's hard to foresee too much above that just now. As we used Stevenson to cover left wingback several times, hopefully that's a sign we've got someone confirmed for leftback with Lyon dropping down to backup level.
  23. Yeah, Harry's "secret" shield should have been a massive red flag as either Harry was a traitor or one of the ones he told was a traitor and was using that to claim innocence. Only Jasmin pointed that out and even then it was immediately brushed aside. Jaz is playing the best game. He's managed to cool suspicion on him when it looked like he'd be a gonner a couple of times. He had Paul sussed instantly and has suspected Harry for a while now, due to him running and telling stories to Paul. But as he hasn't been able to get anyone (particularly Zack and his wee follower Evie) to back his views he's gone quiet on them to avoid being murdered. I hope Harry's stupid enough to overlook murdering Jaz but that might end tonight. It would be nice if Mollie could actually use her brains and question Harry even slightly, especially when Harry thinks he can get her just to copy whatever he does. Oh, and they all suck at logic puzzles.
