I really don't see how PML is still in the job, the team has gone backwards under him. So many infuriating displays, so many simple passes that are half a yard or a yard astray leading to possession being lost.

Next week will be the first time since 1985 there hasn't been a Scot in the Masters field. Quite a few times Sandy Lyle has been the only one.

To the surprise of nobody our captain's start has been cancelled tomorrow and the course closed until Sunday at the earliest.

Played my first game without mats yesterday, surprised myself by hitting quite a few great iron shots. 22mm of rain overnight, course closed today and Captain's start scheduled for tomorrow. Not ideal.

Mats went off at Bishopbriggs on Saturday past, temporary tees still in use up until Saturday when the main tees will be on for the Captain's start. Every time the greens staff think they are starting to catch a break with the weather it starts pishing again.

Watched the Columbia Space Shuttle doc on iplayer after seeing it mentioned on here. Sadly, nothing about NASA surprises me after watching the Challenger one on Netflix. -
