Does the officials audio get recorded? It would be interesting to see what the comms were that resulted in that. You wouldn’t expect an ‘on field’ red to take so long. I suspect we’ve had a breach of VAR protocol to an extent. VAR have suggest a yellow, it’s been awarded ‘on field’ red just so it can reduced to a yellow, as they can review and downgrade a red to a yellow but can’t just give a yellow straight away.
It must've been something like that because Atwell clearly didn't arrive at the red card decision without some external prompting.

On the plus side, the teams below us all lost.
As far as the teams above us are concerned, it doesn't really matter if they are 2, 5 or 8 points ahead of us. If we can't beat any of the sides above us, we won't be catching them.
