I'm not sure St Johnstone will be laughing at the prospect of facing a team that emptied them from the Scottish Cup.
In a one off match. There's no chance that's happening over two legs I don't think.

I've watched some of the play off QF and both sides are utterly atrocious. St Johnstone must be laughing their heads off at the prospect of the play offs.

If we're getting those two I hope we're getting shot of Watson.

Sore one for Ben Kohles just there. One ahead going up the last and he was the only player in the field to bogey it, turning a one shot lead into a one shot deficit just like that.

McGlynn manager of the year? What an utter joke.

The sacking of Eustace is one of the great acts of self sabotage of all time.

Birmingham down. A disappointing lack of goading by the Norwich fans.

The manager - as per usual - was straight down the tunnel and gave zero acknowledgement to the fans. The vast majority of who stayed to applaud the team off the park despite paying £22 in the knowledge we’d probably get hammered again. There’s no character there, no inspiration, no appreciation or connection with the fans and no way they can stick with this manager.
Fair play to the guys who came across at the end and showed their appreciation for the fans and to the fans for sticking with them. If that is to be Ricky Little and Mikey McKenna’s last game for us I hope they felt the gratitude at the end.

McKenna confirming on Facebook that he’s away. At least he got 20 minutes at the end
I take my hat off to the Arbroath fans who not only travelled down last night but also stayed right to the end. By the time the home end was emptying there was still 2 or 3 dozen of them left along with an Arbroath player (possibly McKenna?) signing autographs and shaking hands with pretty much every last one of them.

Mullen, Easton, Rudden, Watson and Dick all out tonight.
Watson won't have played for weeks by the time the play offs come around.

Conclusive proof that English football is actually garbage.

Exactly...
Let's see. Minimum price for the Premiership/Championship Playoffs Quarters and Semi is £12, and £6 for concessions and children. The host club keeps 15% of the receipts (excluding VAT), then 42.5% (including VAT) goes to the SPFL. Additionally, 50% of the PPV revenue (excluding VAT), after cost deduction to pay the broadcaster, goes to the SPFL, and the minimum PPV charge is £12 plus VAT.
So lets try a wee bit of maths...
8,000 fans plus 500 PPV...fans average £20, PPV at perhaps £15 (absolute guess)...that's £160,000 + £7,500 = £167,500 x .8333 (removes VAT) = £139,578 x .15 (Rovers initial cut) = £20,937 initially to Rovers for their home match costs, assuming there are no RaithTV costs to cover, but not splitting out the VAT changes and contribution variance for the PPV as it likely washes. (Note to self, VAT totals £27,922)
Then we have £146,563 x .5 = £73,282 to the SPFL.
So £167,500 - (£27,922 + £20,937 + £73,282) = £45,359 left, giving the Rovers a total of £20,937 + £45,359 = £66,296 from a home playoff match at those prices. Halve the prices to the minimum allowed, and we'd get all of about £33,148.
Our average home attendance was 4,240...if we assume a £15 average ticket, plus 50 PPV at £10 (Raith TV is £20 a month, two home games on average), that's £63,600 + £500 = £64,100 x .8333 = £53,415 for the average home match income on a little more than half the crowd.
OK, so we're having to pay increased stewarding and policing costs for nearly double the crowd, and we're charging a price that means we will make about what we make off a normal home match...and you have the balls to complain!?
I don't really care how much we make from it. I thought it might have been a decent gesture to set prices at something like £18-£20 at the end of a season where the club have constantly been asking fans to put their hands in their pockets for one thing or another.

Think I'll wait and see who we're playing first!
£24 is a disgrace too.

I wonder how we'll contrive to throw a 2 goal lead in ludicrous circumstances this time?

Please let Arsenal mess this up!

Maddison wants the contact but doesn't get it, says Gary Neville, who has found the wordiest thesaurus entry for "diving c**t"
Yeah that was as blatant a dive as you'll see. Pathetic that's it's not being called out because he's English.

Here we go. Another nonsense offside decision coming up.

I'm shocked anyone thinks any team in the Scottish Championship is anything other than garbage. There's virtually no quality on offer at all.
Anyhow, I turned on Barnsley v Bolton which was miles better.
