  1. As an alternative to moving the free kick, how about increasing the wall distance by 5m in the case of time wasting. Would create havoc in the box as the wall would play attackers onside
  2. Certainly in most previous seasons the Celtic home strip is not worn playing us at St Mirren park. The black away kit wouldn't have been allowed today either, so the 3rd kit is the closest to being no clash, white shorts should've been worn though with Saint in black shorts
  3. 3 stands will need hosed down as many were pishing themselves at how bad Celtic were [emoji23]
  4. Adam Hammill deciding to have a goal of the season competition with himself
  5. Mullen did cup his hand to his ear towards the Livi fans walking back from his celebration and wee Willie had a word I think. Also for the 3rd you can make out him doing the same just as Jackson turns around and heads to the Saints fans
  6. Agree with the rest, but for this one, and looking ahead to a reconstruction later on, I think we probably need to try and future proof it by looking at the percentage of the vote required, rather than numbers... and also put in place rules around no abstentions permitted.
  7. Just on the prospect of Sky either walking or dramatically slashing the amount paid to the league...has anyone referred them back to their own corporate responsibility document, the 1st image and associated caption is quite interesting http://corporate.sky.com/thebiggerpicturereview2011/
  8. Apologies if posted further on...playing catch up. But can I direct the scene where The Yank looks at the books... I have in my head the scene from the 1st series of The Wire where the only thing they say for minutes is F**k or variations of it.
  9. We should insist it forms part of Rangers application to the SFL... "we The Glasgow Rangers would like to be considered a Diddy Club" of course it should be insisted that McCoist or Cardy Man reads it at a press conference rather than delivering it by letter. Of course the response should be that you are not big enough to be a Diddy, and then welcome Spartans or someone else into SFL.
  10. Was speaking with a 3rd Division Manager who painted an optomistic scenario for an ambitious 3rd division club (assuming zombie Rangers were able to win the league) is that the club follow them up via the play-off and get 2, or 3 (best case sceanrio), years of bumper crowds.
  11. Possibly done elsewhere, but as things stand ... Old Rangers SPL Membership SFA Membership Included in fixture lists from Monday On the spike for BTC On the spike for all SFA/SPL penalties Players until TUPE/Liquidation All the debt, but running costs for players/staff No stadium No training ground No discernable income New Rangers No SPL/SFL Membership No SFA Membership Not included in fixture lists Off the hook for BTC Off the hook for SFA/SPL Penalties No players unless TUPEd across (also no new registrations would be allowed if not SFA members). None of the debt, but running costs for stadium/training ground Stadium Training Ground No discernable income
  12. Neil Simpson will deliver the message at a press conference just to make sure the message hits home with the Rangers fans.
  13. I'm sure if you speak nicely to Celtic they will let you borrow the Seville Calculator
  14. Given the way the SPL treated the SPL re stadium criteria, please let the SFL come up with a X thousand standing rule or something else that would get it up them.
  15. Right... this is now likely to breeze through 1690 pages... can we set new targets for Thursday please. 1873 seems ambitious, but I'm sure with some effort, and a few pleasing gifs we can make it
  16. The one area where Orcs could get some protection is if they pay via credit card as they would get protection under that should the goods they buy fail to be fully delivered. I seem to recall back in the dark old days for Saints that this was quoted as one of the reasons why the club were then refused permission by the bank to allow credit cards to be used, as ultimately the bank would become out of pocket should the club have failed.
  17. Just a thought on this...if they passed such a sentence, and there was debate regarding whether it was in their power to do so, could another club within the association take the SFA to the COS and appeal the penalty?? Basically a club saying you've let them off the hook when you weren't empowered to do so and we're going to complain about it.
  18. I was playing devils advocate a wee bit... but HMRC could always approach some of them with a deal involving amnesty from personal liability in return for co-operation overall.
  19. When looking at that list have a think ... who would like to get one over on Rangers and likely to fully co-operate with any investigations. The obvious ones are non-players, Paul Le Guen and his backroom staff, anyone sacked to make way for a change of management etc. On a playing front you'd think that some of the minor foreigners might play ball, but not too many domestic ones (wee Barry might be too stupid to lie convincingly or not co-operate)... although Steven Thompson should automatically be put in St Mirrens hall of fame if he does help out.
  20. Instead of flags at half mast when they die... what is the appropriate protocol for acknowledging the death of someone you despise? Do we need to buy bigger flags and flagpoles??
  21. The Stirling Albion manager sits behind me in my office ... I've asked him and he says he's looking for a better standard of player than Lafferty
