  1. Who would have thought that you would come to that conclusion? Quelle surprise!
  2. It would take a brave/stupid person to issue any sort of threat to a Gypsy.
  3. Aye but Fraser Nelson….. yoon gammon, traitor, simp, yer da, in the sea toarees!
  4. Very much so. You can tell already that he hasn’t got it. He’s not turning this around. Steve Kean will be in some sort of temporary charge before the end of the season. The natives are restless already and when a brick goes through the chairman’s window, it hits the manager’s head.
  5. This, that I’m currently enduring is up there with kidney stones. This was taken yesterday, three weeks post operation to remove a cancerous tumour. The radiotherapy has been plaguing the scar tissue hindering the healing. Nasty tumour being out is good but this is very sore and will not be fixed anytime soon. Hopefully it doesn’t put anyone off their tea!
  6. This surely begs the question, why live there then?
  7. I think Cove Sevco will give us a game tonight especially if we persevere with the “passing without purpose”tactic. Would be good to see some of the new signings feature.
  8. She was challenged about this on SKY this morning. Potentially ending up reliant on Putin for energy after years of droning on about our resources. Six years ago they tried to sell Indy to us based on oil, now they can’t even bring themselves to mention the dreaded O word.
  9. This is desperately sad news. RIP. I loved his canal boat stories. My thoughts are with his loved ones. Ever so sad.
  10. hibs.net is cringe.net. Back in the day when the Alberts were in financial trouble, .net had all the Shan bulldozer/flats avatars. But to go “full cringe” you could pay money and get access to posts from a poster called Sergei. Sergei had inside information regarding the Albert’s alleged perilous predicament. So much so, that if you paid money, Sergei would tell you if Tynecastle was indeed going to end up being flats. Needless to say, all of Sergei’s information was utter fantasy. A dreadful message board.
  11. Will be sad to see him go as natural talent like that doesn’t come along very often. A fantastic footballer who’s legs sadly have deserted him. I wish him nothing but good things wherever he ends up.
  12. He’s an appalling man and I hope he’s removed from office sooner rather than later. Not a fit and proper person.
  13. Quite a lot of Conservatives in Scotland and no celtic supporters. That would tend to indicate that he’s doing something right.
  14. Toff playbook my arse. It must be a generational thing. If you are going to take £80k per year off hard working taxpayers, at least be able to string a sentence together in English and make an effort with one’s appearance. Obviously lost on these SNP jakeys.
  15. Still, at his age a better centre half than Hanlon or Porteous will ever be.
  16. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for custodians of the country to be well turned out and take a bit of pride in their appearance. Maybe I’m just a bit old fashioned. It’s become apparent that the SNP oiks and their followers think otherwise. Once a scaff, always a scaff I suppose.
  17. It is quite a smart top this season to be fair.
  18. I was always aware that the SNP were a rabble and that English Tories disliked us Scots. The coverage this week just reiterated both.
  19. I was surprised at Guy Opperman’s support for Boris given that Opperman seems for the most part a decent principled bloke. I’m mindful that on here he’ll be dismissed as Tory scum, vermin etc by the civic and joyous. What this week did highlight is that the SNP are an absolute rabble and an embarrassment to Scotland. Watching PMQ’s through my fingers I couldn’t help but notice that they have no self respect, appearing on TV unkempt, disheveled and barely managing to string a sentence together. Before PMQ they interviewed some snp wimmin that appeared to be in an outside toilet in Port Glasgow. She looked an absolute midden in need of a good scrub. Scaffs. The other thing highlighted was the absolute disdain that the Tory’s hold for Scotland. Getting people to vote Conservative in Scotland is a hard enough sell with out the odious Rees Moggs and Goves of the world belittling the likes of Douglas Ross. I’ve often asked Tory supporting pals of mine, if the English hate us so much and we are such a burden, why are they so eager to keep us? It can’t be resources as they are old hat and taboo now. It also can’t be the union as they were quick to bin Northern Ireland. I still await an answer, maybe someone on here could enlighten me.
  20. I spent the first few days of this week in the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary and while definitely stretched, the staff were suggesting that absence was more than normal but nothing like that figure.
  21. I heard Marc Bolan was on the radio………. and the dashboard and the windscreen.
