Don't think we'll get third but still in the hunt for Europe.

Would anyone be happy with Top 6 but missing out on Europe then do big business in the summer with the investment and finish 3rd next season?

I would just be happy to stop losing to Hearts. Nothing else matters.

  2. If you want an expert analysis on Foley’s intentions, I would steer you to Hibs.net. That’s where the real experts post.
You’ll remember only too well how spot on they were with the demise of Romanov’s tenure. Bulldozers, flats etc etc. you could even pay money to a poster called Sergei to get inside information on Hearts potentially ceasing to exist.

They should ban private schools completely. Like Finland.

They are just another way of the elite maintaining their grip on society. What chance have you got against a tie and a crest?

Look at the top of society and where they were educated. The same schools will keep coming up because it is not just the education that their parents are paying for, it's the network. Far more important than your qualifications.

I didn’t realise that Finland was banned completely. Seems harsh.

There are some though who seem to be revelling in this as if it is the end of the independence movement.

Personally, independence is bigger than any individual or any party.  This won't be the end of the SNP or the end of independence.

Murrell going though perhaps make it a lot easier now for a reset.

It may well not be the end of the Indy movement, but it’s certainly the end of independence being a realistic proposition anytime soon.

No, her bid is in tatters because of her beliefs - not her honesty. We should expect honesty (I know) as a matter of course. The question is more why she thought entering the race was a good idea in the first place given that it's as clear as the nose on her face that she'd be at odds with the will of parliament on specific social issues.

At odds with the will of the parliament, yes.

At odds with the Scottish electorate, I’m not so sure.

Mhairi Black would be my first choice, but whilst she's down at Westminster that's a non-starter.  Leaves Angus Robertson as probably the best choice of those currently in the Scottish Parliament

She would be my first choice also, as that would resign the SNP/Indy movement to the annals of history.

Has your account been hacked or have you embarked on a road to Damascus type conversion?

I thought you hated the SNP in all it’s flavours.

Hate is far too strong a word. I certainly don’t like them. I have a lot of respect for Nicola Sturgeon and her work ethic. I can’t believe she lasted as long as she did given the abhorrent abuse she gets subjected to. I’ll continue to “not like” them but definitely not hate! I’ll save that for the Old Firm.

It should be Forbes but I imagine some central belters are scared of the prospect of a Highlander taking over their party. Ash Regan is an MI5 op

I heard Ruth Wishart on R4 earlier voicing concerns about Kate Forbes being a member of the Free Church. Can you imagine the furore if a commentator voiced concerns about a potential candidate being a member of the Catholic Church. You would never hear the end of it.
Kate Forbes is a thoroughly decent person with principles, which to be fair, probably rules her out. The priggish Angus Robertson, I would imagine will be favourite. If the talented Nicola can’t deliver Indy, he’s got no chance.

I dont really care what The Pleasance pr dweebs say, and couldnt really care less if JS got his wee tadger out on stage (people naked at the fringe is pretty normal) but I think the days of it being acceptable to get up on a stage and use the term "paki" died with my dads generation.

Simply saying "I say stuff to shock people" is the cop out of the likes of Jim Davidson and Manning.

Hope its the last time he gets on a stage at the Fringe too - not because of this, but I think he is chronic.

So because you think he’s chronic, nobody else should get to see him. What is acceptable to say on stage?

Potentially? Make your fcuking mind up.

Did Sadowitz masturbate live on stage or in the audience last night in Edinburgh?

If he did then I’m sure the police will take action.

Did you do any illegal drugs this weekend that have fcuked with your logic?

He absolutely didn’t masturbate. Goodness me, where is this nonsense appearing from? He had his cock out for a second!!

Did he indeed call Sunak a p*** and get his cock out?

Can't say I'd be jumping in to criticise him on the back of a tweet and a Sun article.

He did indeed…..he suggested that Sunak, Sarwar and Javid should go back to doing their proper jobs of unblocking mobile phones. He got his tadger out late in the show when a female member of the audience forgot the card that she was meant to memorise.

  12. I was there on Friday night. I’ve seen Jerry 20 plus times and thought he was in great form on Friday, played longer than usual with a bit more magic than usual. Some fantastic tirades and as per, got his tadger  out! I noticed maybe 30 people walking out in the first 15 mins….f**k them! What did they think they were going to see?

Its already been touched on, the frustrating thing with Jerry’s audiences of late, is that they’ve been attracting “stag party” types who believe that Jerry actually means the stuff that he says.

As for him selling out from now on due to the publicity, I don’t think he gives a f**k if he sells out or not. I can’t imagine he’ll be enjoying this publicity.

Its all very sad that yet again we are pandering to the easily offended.
