  1. My guess is to add the extra commas, thinking that one didn't look "proper" If you ask me, It's just the poor ,,edyoocashun,, Just a guess though. (Own up Welshie! ). edit: splellink!
  2. The Ticketus Ibrox Stadium? (Promise naming rights?). He couldn't have sold them on that surely? Then again, nowt in this would surprise me.
  3. More like it's given them all more "quiet time" to formulate the news they want to break but can't agree on the wording to "appease" the general public. We'll find out more soon, no doubt! Maybe!
  4. I'm going with the optimistic view that this mess will be sorted before that. I'll still harbour the thought that it's already been done and they are trying to find a "good way" to tell us. In the meantime I'll stick to contemplating whether I'm an optimistic pessemist or pessimistic optimist.
  5. So. If HMRC lost that case, could the SFA now propose to adopt that rule into the articles on Wednesday?
  6. HMRC has failed in its attempt to over turn the football creditor rule under which English FA members pay their football debts before any other creditors, the BBC reported on Friday 25 May. link: http://www.accountingweb.co.uk/article/hmrc-loses-football-creditor-rule-case/527867
  7. English FA rule iirc. HMRC challenged it and lost. Could be wrong though.
  8. I don't know French and her who does is giving it hyper zzzzz's Translation please? Ta.
  9. The bold bit answers the question I have asked on more than one occasion. Thanks. Next question. WHY NOT ASK!
  10. THE ASSOCIATION AND ITS MEMBERSHIP 3. The Association is a member of FIFA and UEFA. Accordingly, it is itself obliged to:- (1) comply with the statutes, regulations, directives, codes and decisions and the International Match Calendar of FIFA, UEFA and the Court of Arbitration for Sport and the Laws of the Game issued by IFAB; (2) recognise the jurisdiction of the Court of Arbitration for Sport as specified in the relevant provisions of the FIFA Statutes and the UEFA Statutes; 133.3.6 Decisions of the Appeals Board The decision of the Appeals Board shall be final and binding on all parties concerned subject to the arbitration procedure which may be available to the appellant to the Court of Arbitration for Sport. However, in relation to any matters concerning National Club Licensing or the National Club Licensing Procedures, the decision of the Appeals Board shall be final and binding on all parties concerned. Is there any evidence to suggest that they requested a referral to CAS?
  11. As someone who is not on twits, Gonna just c&p the drivel for us "less fortunates!" Ta.
  12. Gotta put this in. Simply because of your sentiments. Mine are thus: I, pretty much, try to keep up with this thread and most likely show as such. There are a few reasons for it. I can voice my opinion at anytime, I can agree or disagree with anyone who posts. I have found that I can find answers to questions I would have posted if I hold back for a few posts, invariably it's been asked and answered. I have found funny, insightful, educated and thought provoking arguments and valid debate. I have also found "off topic stuff" (in a thread of, in excess of 37,000 posts, guilty party to that, not surprising) to be a must read every day. Just thought I'd say.
  13. Maybe so but, given the mess at the moment, a bad statement to make. Tongue in cheek maybe? Still shouldn't have said it.
  14. Wasn't just me then? Good. You sometimes wonder what people in football drink (or take)!
  15. A rubber ball then? Bouncing (no pun intended) back and forth. Start the season as if nowt happened and it will blow over?
  16. Was good to hear St. Mirren and ICT chairmen (or whatever they are) speak out. Funny how the rest, Celtic, KILMARNOCK, and the rest are very quiet, is it not?
  17. Tried to avoid innuendo to! But yup! Nice arse too. (Only noticed as I was following Dazzle to make sure he didn't trip over his tongue!).
  18. Nightshift isn't so bad.. The bugger to catch up is the after school/homework/dinner bit!
