  1. It's not that they would rather play without their fans.
It's more that they would rather play than not play.
If there are no fans, that's disappointing but not the end of the world.

If they cared that much for the fans of the club, they would all play for free this season
    ? Idiot !

Will Kilsyth pitch make it tomorrow? I doubt it, but thought I would ask anyway.

Was switched when forecast was for poor weather all week. With both teams yet to play it seems the wise decisions to use Renfrews astro . Seems a bit of a odd statement from yourself. Duncansfield is seldom off outwith the norm

  3. There would have been little point in a inspection in this area, it would simply been called off.I understand they gave it a chance . The ground was covered in frost till after 10 and yes the sun was out but by 11 o'clock we made the call just down the road. The top layers had gone but shaded areas and any ruts were solid. I would imagine guys meadow was the same

    Not a ref inspection
  4. Let's not lose perspective here. What was said was totally unacceptable and he has now rightfully resigned. This is a man who has given a lot to the game and yes he used language that has long since been deemed derogatory and offensive. That said it doesn't make him a racist. He shouldn't be demonized in this way. Not one delegate stood up and took him to task at the time of the meeting. Hes the product of a by gone age, and chat like that just proves he should have been gone long before, but please let's not try to hang the man for one poorly chosen turn of phrase. Hes gone . Hes apologised. Let's move on .

He should still be subject to a disciplinary meeting and banned for life. Resigning just gives him the opportunity to crawl back in a couple of years. Any disciplinary the man has sat on involving racist conduct etc should be reviewed, thats the way to make this right.

Away to Petershill in the Scottish Junior Cup 4th round.

Another away game  but at least it's in Glasgow.

That means if all our games up to the New Year go ahead we will have played 18 away games and 7 at home.

That's a year without a home draw in a cup tie. It's a funny old game Saint.

On the bright side, your pitch must be in some  nick!!

  6. He was outstanding before he left, to take up his new job as a barber, on a Sat .Still a signed player but looks unlikely to make a return any time soon.

Like to follow your results,  games look eventful plenty goals at both ends,   How is ex diamond John Higgins getting on at Kilsyth these days.
  7. He is just back from injury and was feeling pain in his knee. Agree was the turning point . He was different class

Good game for a neutral,Troon just edging it ,like Krfc said shocking defending, why did they take off their No11,he ran the Troon defence ragged, maybe being up 4-2 they thought the game was won
