Dalry Thistle 1 Lugar Boswell Thistle 4 Last game of the season in the Ayrshire District League. Lugar ended their season on a high point with a fine win at Dalry. Dalry opened the scoring early on with a well struck free kick but the 'Bunnets' bounced back with goals from Wark, Cuthbertson and Stevenson to go in 3 - 1 up at the break. Cuthbertson added another in the second half to make the full time score - Dalry Thistle 1 Lugar Boswell Thistle 4. One sour note though, Ian McCreadie was stretchered off just before half time with a broken leg.

Annbank 0 Lugar 3 Another win for Lugar makes it 7 league wins on the bounce. An early first half penalty was converted by Andy Stevenson. It was well into the second half before Lugar finally clinched things with a goal from Martin Reilly followed by a 3rd goal for the Jaggy Bunnets. This time scored by Allan Paterson.

Lugar 4 Saltcoats 1 6 Wins on the trot for the Bunnets secured 3rd place for them in the league. Ian McCreadie opened the scoring with Chris Todd making it 2 before the break. Andy Stevenson made it 3 before Saltcoats pulled one back to make it 3-1. Stuart Wark then finished it off to make the final score 4-1.

Good hard fought win for Lugar today. 1 nil down then a goal from Stuart Wark leveled. Balfour put the Mark back in front from an offside position ignored by the ref. In the second half Lugar again equalised this time from a 35yard free kick from Craig Muir. Then after some good play from Allan Paterson, his cross found Andy Stevenson in the box for him to slam home the winner. I think it is quite an amazing accomplishment that the team that finished rock bottom of last season's Ayrshire District League on 11 points, have pushed Troon all the way to their very last game and they still haven't won promotion. No matter what happens next week, I would like to thank the coaching staff of Keith, Carlo, Mick, Ian, Andy and all the players for the immense effort that they have put in this season, both on the field and off it.I already had this up but don't know where it went, so here goes again.

Hard fought 3-2 win over Girvan today keeps us in the chase for one of the promotion places.A first half goal from Marti Watt was quickly countered by 2 from Girvan before half time.Steven Harris got a late equaliser before Andy Stevenson scored the winner from the spot. I'm sorry but due to the fact we were missing some committee today. I was busy doing something else and was not filming when the goals were scored. Apart from the winner that is.
