  1. Women in uniform, sometimes they look so cold

  2. A tiny group of young fans who left when he stopped winning does not a shower of tanks make. We had a great day out at the cup final last year, and I personally saw no bother at both games at Barrfields. One member of your committee invited ours to your Dalbeattie Star game (though we had to pass).

  3. Yes to 9am kick offs!

  4. Anyone thinking of High Voltage Festival yet or been last year? Not announced their Metal Stage lineup yet but they got Opeth in their debut year. Keen on Dream Theatre and Judas Priest there (both more classic rock though).
  5. A Bankies response to the later parts of this thread or one of the similar ones would add good conversation:

  6. Give a little bit of heart and soul

  7. Jed is fun too, even if it is full of gay Irish people.

  8. Afraid to shoot strangers

  9. Journalism is fun. LTFC.

  10. Oblivion (without the Add-Ons, damn you Live!), but that's not too hard. Doesn't take away what an incredible scope of game there is!
  11. I also oppose summer football. A panic reaction to an inevitable scenario in a poorly run league - the East and South leagues finish their seasons find with the same amount of cup competitions we have (don't scrap any cups either i'd say)

  12. Largs only drew with Coltness away in the West in 1991 (in the days of replays) and won the replay. We went on to win it that year! These weird scores can still happen with wee teams. Caberfeidh got trounced 13-0 I think by Cumnock - they never won a junior cup tie.
  13. We played Elmwood in the Scottish in 2001, drew 3-3 there after they fought back and won 1-0 at home. They had Brazil strips! One name that stuck out for me from old teams was Hydro Dynamo, a short-lived side in Tayside. Played in Dundee though, half expected them to be from Shetland or something. Dundee (Ozzy) Osbourne played on the game ground as them maybe (late 70's - 80's)
  14. Sorry you think Largs are so bitter about crowds. One fan is very. He is a choob with a bone to pick. The club are not the masters of bitterness, most of our fans are pretty positive about your side and negative about Airdire!

  15. Killers by Iron Maiden, the very old Di'Anno era of Maiden, while Dickinson was even better the first two albums under PDA were rock itself in it's finest form. Listening to them again in consolation for not getting to see them in July (other stuff likely to crop up)... and plus the Killers album cover has to be their best. Seriously.
  16. Every times he's been asked least liked side in last few years he posted Largs. Posted Largs as his least liked place too.

  17. Squeeze in Aberdeen on Monday night in the music hall, isn't that quite small? The Lightening Seeds were meant to be supporting them, not 100% if they still are though!
  18. I'm a Largs fan not a Rob Roy one, I run the junior football page on Facebook. Stop hiding behind Pie and Bovril. Regards, Sunrise.

  19. Time has passed, want to see what you think now.

  20. Thought you wouldn't have a lot of time for Largs re most disliked teams? You did call us a 'shower of wanks' 3 years ago after all.

  21. I'm with the Rob Roy guys, elements of the Clydebank support need to be tamed. Bankies Alive saying a club were a gang WAS a disgrace and his club should have distanced themselves from his comments, which they didn't. Your problems with RRG and KRR tinted your specs. Your club avoided association with auckinleckdafty, why not Clydebank? You and RRG should both grow up.

  22. In your thread on seeding last only Linlithgow, Pollok, Arthurlie fans supported seeding. Wonder why! How far is too far again? The North will not see it's standards go up any quicker and it is, obviously, favourable to bigger sides.

  23. Seeding/Regionalisation is for big sides who think they are above smaller ones and don't mind the lesser lights playing each other over and over again. Having first round draws of Darvel v Ardeer would kill cup interest. How far is too far? Last year you said Newburgh was too far.

  24. Yes we do! Keep out of trouble :)
