  1. Yeah, poor player and in no way should he ever have been captain - not a leader at all.
  2. The B teams in the Lowland League and the Conference League are two very different issues. But you know that.
  3. Not everyone has the courage to speak up but that doesn't mean it's not a big deal or they shouldn't tell someone about it. What your ex-boyfriend did was wrong as is what Colin Nish is accused of.
  4. I think the issue with live streaming in the SPFL was the blocked hours from Sky/BT Sports which don't apply to the LL so I believe the club should be able to live stream. No transfer windows.
  5. Maybe they refused to sign new deals when they heard about Goodwillie...
  6. You will be able to. It's currently a work in progress which should be finished this afternoon and then an announcement made.
  7. Stevenson at centre back while Pyper on the bench seemed a strange one. Noticed that's Pyper away now.
  8. Was it a pint that fans were getting as part of the deal? Think the offer was a "welcome beer".
  9. I don't have much knowledge of the licening laws so maybe it can be done. I would have assumed that it being bundled in with admission and a pie makes the alcohol part of the deal. But I'm sure the clubs looked into it and it's all about board. If they have an licence then someone at the club will have gone through a course and will know what they can and can't do. Same applies at Cowden - someone will have done the course.
  10. So it wasn't actually much of a deal for fans then and more of a deal for the club. No wonder they only target this at away fans. £15 Away Day Combo - give us more money than you had planned and in return we'll bundle it as a package. Fans who wouldn't normally buy a pie or a drink have now given Berwick more money. Fair play to Berwick, that's clever marketing.
  11. I've no idea. £10 would be a great deal for fans as admission alone is £10. Not such a great deal for the club.
  12. Was £15 today but when you break it down, was it that great a deal? £10 admission, £3 for a bottle of beer and £2 for a pie? I don't actually know how much a pie is but £2 seems reasonable?
  13. We won't be able to due to Scottish licensing laws - it would be considered an alcohol promotion.
  14. M74 United Strathclyde Country Park FC Roundabout Rovers
  15. What makes you so sure it was an empty threat?
  16. Absolutely not. Never. Even if we were still in the SPFL. We need someone who knows this level.
  17. Is there not two Thomas Browns - father and son. The father is chairman of CSS and the son is chairman of GFR?
  18. I don't know how the club voted. As Nelly said, the club have always voted no previously. Whether we like it on not, B teams are here to stay. If it's not in the Lowland League, it'll be in their own Conference League and eventually in League 2. Celtic and Rangers always get their own way.
  19. If we didn't vote in favour of it then they were just going to go and form their own league and we would have lost the money and might have ended a league further away from League 2. Voting them back in would have been the sensible thing to do.
  20. My only thought on Spartans is their players have the worst hair styles. Just awful.
  21. The clubs have to vote it through and League 2 clubs won't vote in favour as that's like turkeys voting for Christmas. BUT they should be thinking about the bigger picture and how difficult it is to get back into the SPFL if and when they do drop out. No club has come close to getting back in yet. I realise the HL/LL split complicates things a bit but it should be 10th place relegated and 9th place into a Play Off like the rest of the leagues. Means there's something for the other clubs in the HL and LL to play for as well.
