Excuse me just a second. Unless I have missed something incredibly obvious somewhere, Green does not yet own Rangers. In fact, he owns absolutly hee haw to do with that club. He probably doesn't even have one of them pishy new replica tops hanging in the cupboard. Granted, he has bunged D&P a few quid but thats worth approx f**k all at the present time, no? So why then is he making decisions about what Rangers do next? As far as I can tell I have about as much authority as Green in the say so of Rangers. Why is he being invited to Hampden, SPL meetings and presumably various lodge meetings? He can still walk away can't he? Why is he getting any sort of say so in any decisions anywhere?

They need to wait their turn. Craig Whyte is suing them first you see.

Its no rocket science. There's also another rule about big hooses and staying open. Do people just forget these crucial points?

Shocking stuff from the SFA. I'm all for seeing Rangers punished for any wrong doing but making shit up as you go is pretty stupid. Left themselves wide open for this, epecially preventing arbitration to CAS (if that is true). SFA needs to get a proper slapping here.

I'm no expert, but I would imagine the SFA would have it within their power to apply sanctions to a club found guilty under any SPL or SFL investigation if the event was serious enough. But thats really just an assumption on my part on the grounds of common sense since they are the main body of power.

Love the press reports of Green being encouraged by talks with SFA and SPL, like thats some kind of journalistic feat. He's hardly likely to emerge from the meeting and say "well that was pish" is he?

Presumably Green will be quite happy about this, let off the hook for paying for a single player for a whole year? That surely means he can (try) to extend the current crop of contracts and then punt them on without getting it tight for not signing anyone? Surely this plays right into his hands?
