I totally agree with all of the potential season ticket buyers of The Rangers Football Club, you should withold your money and this will lead to Mr Green having no income for the start of the season. Hopefully this would then lead to the Newco following the Oldco, and, once again, there is no one slse you could blame.

I am glad that it is quite clear that they have broken yet another rule and that they, hopefully, pay a hefty price for it.

Livi will now be relying on the chairmen of all the other clubs to come to their rescue and to overturn the original decision, I wouldn't have thought that they have done themselves any favours with the manner that they have gone about this whole farce.

I fail to see where the Livi shower are coming from, the status quo does not exist, in any scenario or workplace that I can think of, where the punishment meted out is set aside while an appeal is made. It would appear that, if they carry out their threat to not fulfil the game tomorrow on the basis that they don't want to it, to paraphrase Mr McGruther, "represents the death knell of Livingston Football Club". I though the people concerned with this whole episode came from established business backgrounds? They're not behaving like it.

If they do, it's going to be a waste of money they don't have. The only fixture that can be played tomorrow is the official SPL fixture of us against Airdrie. I was going to say I didn't think that they could be so stupid but nothing surprises me anymore.

There is no mention of this on the SFL/Livingston/BBC sites, so what is the source for this? I can't see the SFL allowing any postponment based on them being unable to fulfil a fixture, even their vague rules would not allow that surely? If they don't turn up they will be hit with further sanctions.

If they haven't taken over yet, does that mean that Massone has not received his £50,000? It would be ironic if he was to be shafted!

I doubt there will be any delay to any fixtures this weekend because, as the sanction imposed was within the vague and hazy rules, I doubt any appeal will be successful and I am quite sure that appropriate advice was taken before making any decision. As already pointed out by a previous poster, Livingston agreed to abide by the league rules when they joined so the fact that they may throw a tantrum now is not enough grounds for any appeal.

The SFA had nothing to do with this decision, you need to sort out your acronyms! The only good thing about the SFL's rules being so vague and hazy is that the chances of an appeal succeeding are very slim. Who will fund any appeal? I wouldn't have thought that it is the Interim Manager's position to do this as I would have thought that it has nothing to do with him and I can't see the numpties who bought the club throwing away any more money.
