  1. Sheffield Utd fans singing "How shite must you be, we're winning away!"
  2. Some of the tweets are the usual shite about the Lord Advocate and the Solicitor General despite the fact that all of Scotland’s prosecutors act independently of political interference. It is standard practice that any case regarding politicians is dealt with by prosecutors without the involvement of the Lord Advocate or Solicitor General. As for those accusing Police Scotland of being corrupted by the SNP - that's on a level with the MI5 conspiracy theorists in the other camp.
  3. I'd heard similar - that there won't be further charges because there is insufficient evidence. We'll know soon enough.
  4. If the Bute House agreement collapses he might just be.
  5. Lee Miller with a "things that didn't happen" story. Dundee - BBC Sport The pitch was perfectly fine the first game of the season.
  6. You think it would be over the next few days. Any longer and it's bound to start the conspiracy theorists on both sides.
  7. I personally thought Oppenheimer was dreadful. Overbloated, and, dare I say it, verging on the turgid.
  8. Imagine having Lundstrom, Scales and Tavernier in that team. Utter nonsense.

  10. It's the sort of phrase you use when couples live together but are no longer in a relationship. Make of that what you will.
  11. It's a UK Act with subsections for Scotland and NI.
  12. I would think it would go to trial. If it didn't there would be accusations of a cover-up etc. If there were a not guilty verdict then another can of worms will be opened - it would be like Salmond Mk2.
  13. No actually - see the example below from 2014. https://hsfnotes.com/asiadisputes/2014/08/22/uk-court-of-appeal-confirms-extra-territorial-reach-of-contempt-proceedings/
  14. The relevance is that a policy can be supported by a sizeable majority of MSPS and still be a shite policy. Ownership of shite policies is not the preserve of the SNP.
  15. And where did I say it was? More the point that it's not just an SNP policy.
  16. Binning the Greens and Yousaf is the only way to go.
  17. I'm no fan of MUP but this is a policy supported by every political party at Holyrood bar the Scottish Tories.
