  1. Heading through for this one and really looking forward to it. Watt hasn't really shown much in the handful of games he has played but I am sure he will be desperate to do well against Motherwell. I know he is just getting his match fitness up to speed after not playing much recently. Hope we have enough fit defenders to keep Gogic in the middle alongside Baccus and O'Hara. Baccus has been very impressive again in his last few outings as has Strain on the right. Grown a lot of respect for Kettlewell after listening to him on Sportscene as comes across as a knowledgeable and decent guy. Hopefully this game comes to quickly for him to sort out Motherwells problems This one and Saturday are massive games for us if we hope to finish in the top 6 as both very winnable games.
  2. Rory Loy = Shuggie Murray at Forthbank against Stirling Albion for the younger fans amongst our support. That 5 months Jack Ross really lit a fire under our support and has started a really terrific connection between fans and players since. Those were a special 18 months under Jack Ross.
  3. Best wishes to your chairman in his battle with cancer.
  4. Does anyone know if you guys have sold out your allocation? I believe you sold it out for your last visit. Sure to be a decent game tomorrow.
  5. My nephew is also at the St Mirren Academy and he got the same message.
  6. Happy with the business St Mirren have done so far today. I am sure we have got some decent money in for Ethan and Reid who should be announced shortly. With Ayunga injury sounding longer term than a couple of weeks then the signing of Watt could be a masterstroke by Robinson. I think Watt will do fairly well for us under Robinson due to their history plus Watt already knows a good number of 1st team players ie Dunne, Gallagher, O'Hara, Carson, Tait and Main through his time at Motherwell. The lad Thierry Small sounds a real prospect so will push Tanser for a start on the left. Just hope Baccus doesn't leave in the next hour.
  7. Well done Dumbarton! Good luck in the final!
  8. We are going to end up winning this league some random midweek in March when United are away to Queens or Inverness. Maybe we should all pile round to Stephen McGinns and watch teletext that night. :-)
  9. We are currently on 51 points and averaging 2 points a game with 13 games left to play. United are on 40 points with 14 to play. If we keep this going we could finish on 77 points. If United win every game they will finish on 82. That shows you just how difficult a task it is for United to catch us as they can't afford more than a handful of defeats. I have a feeling United will drop something at Inverness today assuming the game goes ahead. If it doesn't then it will be two very difficult midweek away trips to Dumfries and Inverness something they won't want. Let's hope we keep going well and picking up the results starting today against a good but at times inconsistent Queens side. It's going to be tough but I am sure there will be a few goals in this game today. A great time to be a buddie.
  10. The first season since 2005/2006 that we haven't been embroiled in a relegation battle. Happy days!
  11. The Killers new album. Would recommend it any bud!
