Only if it was against the fucking tories and Douglas Ross was at the front waiting to get an arrow in his eye.

The problems are in defence and every team knows this, yet we’re looking at Rudden???
Think we'll only see Rudden here if Gullan goes to Dundalk, however your right, our priorities need to be a solid CB and possibly a LB.

Prefer him to stay over taking a fee and saving 3 or 4 months wages? Bold.
Wouldn't be a huge fee, but if saving his wages allowed us to sign a good solid CH then I'm all for it.

Pretty sure Hibs will be due a portion of any fee we get for him. Would prefer to see him stay for the rest of the season, however if freeing up his wage allows us to bring in say someone like Ashcroft then I'd wish him all the best.

Been out and about today so couldn't make it through for the game, picked up the audio just before half time so will listen to the 2nd half with a couple of beers, hopefully we can kick on and win the game, however another fixture without a recognised CH is slightly worrying.

+1 for missing S1 but totally gripped by season 2, also +1 for thinking Claudia plays the role brilliantly. That said I cant help but thinking they must have been pissing themselves laughing during takes on last nights episode.
For me I reckon Paul & Harry will ask Ross to join them, but he'll turn them down.
Obviously nothing to go on but can't wait to find out tonight.

Can't make this one due to other commitments but will keep an eye on the score. A few weeks ago I would have been very positive about us beating Livi but since winning at Dundee Utd we have been pretty poor. Hopefully Dylan Corr starts again, would do his confidence a world of good, not sure if any of our injured players will be back in time for this one.

While it's very disappointing losing at home to a team bottom of the league I still want to take a couple of positives out of the game yesterday.
Andy McNeil - coming back from a loan spell at a team getting humped every week in league 1 to a championship challenging team is a big step up, he has coped admirably.
Dylan Corr - good solid game from the young lad, looks like we have a very good player there, need to give him some game time.
on the other hand I felt Jack Hamilton was poor yesterday, some of his attempts were more like a pass back, also Ferrie in the QP goal has a few really good saves. We really need to kill teams off when were on top of them, should really have been 2 or 3 up before they had a sniff, however we weren't, that's championship football for ya.
Edited to add - Dylan Easton ? since the win at Dundee Utd he's been miles off it, not sure if any transfer talk has turned his head but he's definitely playing himself out of a move to the top flight the past few weeks.

Bill Clark, called the "incident" to the board at the time, they ignored him and the rest is history.
RIP Bill, a true Rover, I salute you

I've seen somewhere that Ross County want £110,000 for Simon Murray. If they're genuinely interested in Easton then a swap deal might be a possibility ?
Turner would be good replacement for Easton and we get a good striker to boot.
Just speculation on my part BTW.

It’s started already. Seen a few comments on FB posts after recent results:
“aww hear wi go bottling it again cos can’t afford to go up”
Hear that same statement every year from either a mate, or someone in a discussion that we cannot afford to go up, so we just decide to lie down and lose a few games, so we don’t have to go up
Never understood the "can't afford to go up" nonsense.
Yes increased player wages, VAR and possible grass pitch replacement costs need to be considered, but the finances available in the top flight far outweigh these over a sustained period. Go up and straight back down and it may be a struggle but I feel we have the infrastructure to compete in the higher league, won't be easy though.
There is a reason clubs like Ross County, Livingston, St Johnstone etc are desperate to stay in the top flight, even if it means a turgid bottom 6 battle 2 out of 3 seasons.

Don't go to many these days but will see SM for the 4th time in a couple of months time at the Hydro.
Most visited would probably be University Of East Anglia in Norwich, was in the RAF and lived there from 92-99 when I did a fair bit of gigging in my 20's

I asked the question in the airdrie thread about whether turner would be cup tied for the semi final but he won’t be because it’s the diddy cup?
Unless he played for their B team
