  1. Only 1 point dropped to Dundee Utd, I'll take that Edit - still miles clear of 3rd place too, double whammy
  2. Kicking into a 30mph wind, what more do you expect from him ? Yeah we all know he has his faults, would rather have Dracula for crosses and his kicking isn't the best, but as a shot stopper he's up there with the best in the league. He had a howler for the 2nd agreed but he's arguably the best keeper we've had since McGurn.
  3. Arbroath 0 - 2 Raith Rovers Airdrieonians 2 - 1 Queen’s Park Dunfermline Athletic 1 - 2 Ayr United Greenock Morton 1 - 1 Inverness Caledonian Thistle Partick Thistle 2 - 1 Dundee United
  4. That's harsh, no matter what he's done he doesn't deserve that.
  5. You kick lumps out everyone you play against Only (slightly) joking bud, in all reality looking forward to what should be a very entertaining game, Morton the form team at the moment, Raith rediscover their mojo after a bad run. All the signs of a cracker, cue to boring 0-0
  6. Ayr United 1-2 Partick Thistle Dundee United 1-1 Airdrieonians Inverness CT 2-4 Dunfermline Ath Queens Park 1-0 Arbroath Raith Rovers 3-1 Morton
  7. Not really, we always know this sort of thing happens occasionally, hopefully will bring through a few more Morton fans to make a decent atmosphere at the game
  8. Partick now the owners of the hot potato, can they pass it back to previous 6 week holders Ayr on Tuesday ?
  9. Watched a little of the Thistle v Pars 1st half, state of that fucking pitch is exactly why we don't need grass surfaces in Scotland, absolute tattie field.
  10. Fucking hell, also for got about Matthews and Kyle Turner
  11. Glad we have signed a solid centre back, a position we have been lacking lately, no way we could rely on Murray and Watson to see the season out. Don't need Brown and Dick bombing forward from wing back positions as we should be well covered with the likes of Easton, Connelly, Smith and Mullin able to link between those positions, Scott Brown, Stanton, Byrne and Vaughn give plenty of options from defensive to attacking mid roles and with Rudden and Hamilton up top again we have options. Corr and McGill give us some cover if injuries dictate. As was shown last Friday we now have a squad who can arguably be a stronger finishing 11 than the starting 11. A glorious position to be in. Wouldn't be surprised to see Millen and Masson leave in the few days left of the window. Edit to add Shaun Byrne, can't believe I left him out
  12. IF Ashcroft comes in and as has been suggested Murry requires an op then I would think Corr would be kept on as cover and Masson could be loaned out. Has showed some promise but not sure if he's ready for this level quite yet.
  13. Bump - From what I can gather.. Ayr lose to Dundee Utd and continue to hold the spud Ayr finally relinquish their grasp on the tattie by beating Airdrie Airdrie retain after a goalless draw with Morton Queens Park take the spud with a defeat to Airdire at Hampden QP lose to Partick to keep the spud Dunfermline are the new holders after defeat at the hands of QP Valiant effort to pass the potato to the league favorite's but a 0-0 draw see's the Pars retain possession. 0-5 defeat at home to Morton Pars retain again Home draw with Arbroath, Pars hold the potato for the 4th game in a row. Think that's right however I didn't spend too much time looking into it
  14. Partick 3-0 Dunfermline Arbroath 2-1 Inverness Ayr 1-2 Raith Dundee utd 1-1 Queens Park Morton 2-2 Airdrie
  15. Hope you're old man is feeling a bit better, I know the result probably wasn't in his favour but it's nice to see stories like this, family is more important than football (only just) , but at the end of the day in this league we're all fans some of the best teams in Scotland. FTOF.
  16. Because it's a public forum and you always get moon howlers and fuckwits, we have a few in our support unfortunately
  17. You're quiet tonight, wonder why edit for punctuation, but I've had a couple of beers and some whisky
  18. I got home half an hour ago and watched that 50 times already, what a fucking strike from the captain
  19. To be in a promotion battle at 9:45 tonight would require a Rovers win.... Thank you
  20. Used to sit there myself in the mid/late 70's, got Gordon Wallace (Mk1 manager) to sign my programme a few times...... .....while we're at it I really miss the old cowshed, stood in there a few times as well.
