  1. Also referred to as the 'Up Bummie' guide. Highly sought after in Brighton for some reason..?
  2. Enjoyed for a change and have one more which I'll neck at the weekend. I've heard it was popular in Spain but obviously there's been a deal with brewers/companies to promote it here. Like most lagers it has to be really cold when opened.
  3. We need evidence on this. Some kinda 'concrete evidence'.
  4. I'm a bit late on this, but yes Swallows have started to appear over the weekend, Not many but hopefully more should as they have over the years. They seem to enjoy looking around from the phone wire to the house. Fairly convinced these are Swallows and not Swifts/House Martins, but I'm no expert.. Yes I know (in PnB tradition) pic's or GTF..
  5. Is that a dyslexic 'send me home' message at the bottom..?
  6. Tractor Fan now an Ex-tractor Fan? https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/politics/breaking-tory-neil-parish-quits-26839237
  7. Had to laugh when the barmaid told him to go back to the toilet and clean his face as it was covered in spew..
  8. Visit to Dundee on the bus with Mrs b-l. Had drinks in the Trades, then a really nice lunch at Rama Thai. The bus times didn't quite work out with the connection to get us home (which was kinda annoying), but overall a really good day out. OK, some guy threw up in the bar (and toilet) whilst we waited on the last bus connection, but in a strange kinda way it added to the overall experience... I should add that the guy came back to the bar and tried to get a half pint before he left as he was feeling much better. He was refused on this occasion..
  9. Natural Science. Particularly the efficient removal of the gall bladder of various small animals, (whilst also adding in the magical disappearance of said small animal).
  10. Mrs b-l works in Kirrie and they're expecting it to be really busy. Let there be rock*.. *As well as The Starry Rock Shop..
  11. Raced the boll*cks off the motor at Knockhill..
  12. TV adverts seem to be pitched at a much higher volume than the programme they interupt. Very annoying, more than a petty thing IMO.
  13. Many moons ago I walked past Loch Trieg on a coast to coast walk. It's a stunning hidden gem.
  14. We rely on friendly neighbours to look after them (well only him now) if we are away. Not sure they would welcome a newbie as they're not really cat people. Also how Mr James himself would react. He's a spoilt wee sh*te, but we love him to bits.
  15. Elmore James has more than one comfy spot in the house, but no, my chair seems to be comfier.. He lost his unrelated 'Sister' back in February and he's missing her big time.
  16. Had to upgrade the bike such was the demand from fellow Loons
  17. The train journey to Stranraer is a must do. Single line from Girvan, old rolling stock and it goes much further in-land than you'd expect. I've taken the bike down there a few times, cycled back up the A77 to Turnberry. Veer off the main road and head up to Ayr. Holding up the traffic on the A77 - I reckon I've been called much worse than a moron...
  18. It's a well proven process for sure. I bet some corporate organisation/person is trying to digitalise it. Scan and go at your convenience..
