  1. It would appear no matter how many new strips rangers take out the crap in them remains the same.
  2. Rangers are really taking the piss in this comp. They are not even in a league now. Had the Alloa game moved due to international call ups but expect a part time team to play the tie mid-week which means mucking up their training & have players do a days work before playing a full time team that have all day to prepare. Hopefully Airdrie take care of them but if not members of a qualifying league they should not get a place in the comp
  3. Must admit although early in the season the actual pitch looked better than sometimes in the past, with Broomhill taking over Rangers slot remains to be seen how it stands up to winter
  4. How long has the pitch been narrowed in at the Rock, looked like a bout 5 yards in from each side, do Sons fans think this actually helps their team
  5. Yes would wish the player all the best for a full recovery, our scorer today had to sit out the whole of last season with a similar injury but has fought back from it. As for the game we stood off Dumbarton a bit too much 1st half which allowed them to knock the ball about but as was said on here earlier without any end result. "nd half we started closing them down and winning 50/50s & pushing on. Always looked more likely to score & although not scoring since he returned he has been heavily involved in build up play & am sure he will add to his tally at the ripe old age of 36 Shanks although not at his best togay will happily do the running for him.
  6. Do not like the sound of a team gb going to the olyimpics that only england can qualify with a few scots thrown in
  7. See our game v DundeeUtd has been chosen to be shown on Alba with a `17.30 kick off on the Saturday
  8. That is 3 assisis in the last two games, hopefully he will still find the net himself as well
  9. Spoke to a Bonnyrigg supporter after the game and we both agreed todays ref was terrible for both teams, he was convinced that he was going to nook their player for fiving but they got the pen & think Rory went looking for ours so cancelled each other out. The actual goal we scored was a beut & a worthy winner.
  10. When are Rangers going to get their B team back from their worldwide commitments to take on Alloa
  11. Sticks in the throat a bit to say it but excellent highlights package, like yesterday nothing to get excited about from us. Need to get sorted out before we lose touch. Need to have a re-think as keeping the ball in our own half is not going to win games, a number of times we could not do that giving the ball away a good few times. Been a few players under par in the last few games as we saw last season if confidence goes its not easy to get back
  12. Will Rangers try to get back into the Lowland League now?
  13. I will have your back, not sure if we will have many down as the team bus not available for this trip.
  14. We have one session in Dundee a week tried the other one at Peterhead last season but may have changed to Aberdeen for one now.
  15. The meet the managers meeting held last night was very positive, was mentioned that exciting news was expected this week & there would be a couple signings. The differance in the team spirit from last season is like night & day
  16. After seeing him in action think he was a Brocher
  17. Would be good if Aaron gets off the mark but we have O,Keefe that could go central as well. Good of Spartans to find a Lowland League Ref from Edinburgh to be in charge.
  18. We look a wee bit tired but did not let gifting Clyde a early goal get to us, got the game under control by half time and in general kept the ball pretty well. Clyde put up more of a fight than expected by previous accounts of their support, even the Clyde manager seemed to be up for it giving his team plenty from the dugout. Pity Shanks had to retaliate to yet another mauling leaves us a bit short up front.
  19. Had started the season well for us. He can be confident that the club & supporters will be right behind him in his recovery. We have had a number of players out long term over the last few seasons & the way they have been treated has helped us get players to come knowing they will be looked after if injured
  20. Gutted to have missed this goalfest but at least my principles are intact, hopefully get a decent draw in the next round (not a b-team)
  21. What is the rules for entry now for B-Teams think at one stage it was under 18s with a minimum number of Scots seems to have moved on to under 21s with no restrictions. Still convinced it was only with the ugly sisters wanting to have a presence left in Scotland if they ever got anyone else to accept them. Should be from Championship down with more places for teams in pyramid system.
