I made Marmitako tonight, and it was brilliant.
In stock made of boiling some pork ribs with carrots, celery and saffron, I added some new potatoes (cut into 1/8s) and a sliced red pepper, along with the ribs.
I boiled the shit out of this for an hour or so, them nommed it.
I also had enough left over for two fair sized tupperwares, one containing the last rib (which is in the fridge) and the other, which is in the freezer for an emergency.
