Ayr, were very dirty in the second half - as they knew Madden was happy to let them leave the foot in. The stamp on Hemmings, for example, was extremely dirty and deliberate. Just about a deserved win for Dundee, still not comfortable we can hold onto leads, a win at Somerset and 6 points off Ayr is good going. It's a shame about some of the other games. Might even convince myself to go to Alloa now.

You think mcpake was faultless as a manager in today’s game?

First game I’ve been to since Dunfermline away because of life, and nothing has changed. Mcpake is in trouble as that result lies firmly with him. Just have to kill a game like that at 1-0 at 82mins when every other result in the league is going your way. To lose 3 goals is I forgivable, IMO. McCall played him a fiddle making changes at half time and mcpake never adjusted. Hemmings had a great game but he got no service at all. His one chance produced a great save from Fox at 1-1. Still really don’t like the look of Forster at all. Aside from that I like the look at the rest of the team. Should be 3 points off top and in a nice race for the top with a massive derby coming up in 2 weeks, I now can’t even really be bothered to go to the derby after that today. Do think we played some good stuff throughout the game but have 2 good strikers on the bench and bring mcpake on for McGowan. Just not very happy about that.

Having rewatched last night I’m beginning to wonder how much of the stuff in the film actually happened and how much of it was in Arthur’s head. The end scene with De Niro seemed too flawless to have actually happened. Now beginning to think it may have been how Arthur saw the scenes unfolding in his head. But also may be thinking too much into things.

Felt like a nice way to tie up Jessie’s story. But agree that people will surely recognise him in Alaska.

AEW staying above 1m will be the trick, as I said earlier they really need to build so characters and story’s for people to tune in weekly for. Huge numbers for SD but that’s why they’ve moved to Fox, basically doubling their viewership overnight.

It was nice watching a solid 2 hour wrestling show, felt like it flew by in ITVHub, but the editing wasn’t great between what would have been commercial breaks in the states. Guessing it was the video editing that delayed it going live. Some character building over the next couple of weeks very much required for a TV audience.

My quest for single figures has been a tough one this summer, missed four weeks in July, had weddings and weekends away all summer and a string of 0.1s which seemed to last a lifetime at the end of April. Today I shot a nett 58 (Par 68, CSS 65) for a 1.4 cut to 10.1. With a couple of weeks to go there’s still hope but the balls not going very far now that it’s wet and cold.
