I wasn’t being cocky. I’m more than well aware that all it takes is 1 shocking season and you are in real trouble. With the general apathy around East Fife at the moment, I’m not confident of a swift return to League 1.

Cya Cowden. A few good trips to be had in the LL league though. It’s a very hard league to get out of, and I wish that they would open up more promotion spaces. Only having 1 potential promotion from a 16 team league is nonsense.

Has been a great servant to the club but no doubt his better days are behind him now. We can’t have any space for sentiment as we try to rebuild the squad.

It’s only the start of May, I wouldn’t worry as most players are still contracted until at least the end of the month, and besides signing our cast offs isn’t exactly a reason to panic.

One of our better players but the whole squad needs a freshen up and he will be the first of many over the next few weeks I’m sure.

What a miserable season, all beginning before a ball was even kicked way back in July when we saw the calibre of signings we were making. Hopefully we go into the new season with a sense of optimism with some quality signings. Crawford has his work cut out, but the board have to back him otherwise we easily do a Brechin.

I don’t know what’s worse, Kilmarnock winning this or listening to absolute dross from McFadden.

Who cares?

The writing was on the wall before the season had even started and most of us called a relegation battle with the squad we had assembled. Crawford can only work with the dross that was at the club and very difficult in January to overhaul the squad. He needs his own summer window to bring in his own players. The vast majority of the blame lies with the board who didn’t support Young last summer, hence why we were still scrambling for players like Onsu-Bonsu(sp) in September to bolster the squad. The board need to back Crawford if we want to get out of League 2 at the first attempt.

We lost? Well I am shocked. Surprised that it has taken 34 weeks for us to finally relegated. It has been an absolute shit show from pre season with us signing some absolute garbage. Let the cull begin.

Can both sides just default this game? Nobody can be bothered, just end the season now.

Do we have to? Baffling that Queens Park haven’t beaten our rabble this season. That will change tomorrow, enjoy the easy 3-0 win. Good luck in the play offs.

At least we only conceded 2. We are improving. The quicker we can fire the whole squad into the bin the better and we can rebuild fully for League 2. What a truly awful season.

Clyde are all but safe, I can’t see ourselves or Dumbarton overcoming the gap even if we win here. We need to pick up something to keep the pressure on Dumbarton and Peterhead. We have a bit of form, but we have a few defensive injuries so could be a makeshift back line.

10 weeks or so ago we were absolutely doomed and miles behind but thanks to Dumbarton’s implosion we have now given ourself a bit of a chance to get 9th at least. With Clyde and Alloa being our next 2 fixtures, for the first time this season there is a bit of hope at the club.
