  1. Ach, I've come out of retirement just to say: SUPER AYR. Am away back to my lair. #FTK
  2. Just about to start. https://www.facebook.com/btsport/videos/2019768608096331/?hc_ref=ARSy4wPoGG6uvancdmnQxj4otFfc4rDOh63GP5h0AGfANFubeH_yDVPVIRw6R5fu_JU
  3. http://www.ayradvertiser.com/news/ayr/articles/2015/01/01/520033-jail-for-violent-coward/ "he snapped on September 11, when he seized hold of Ms Williamson, pushed her into a chair and laid into her." 50 shades of Ayr it isn't..... ETA: I think this journ is a Ned about 11 teen.
  4. Whoa buddy, don't shoot the messenger.....
  5. Seven hour left..just got sent this. Trainee train drivers in Glasgow, Dumfries, Ayr and elsewhere. https://uk.firstgroupcareers.com/vacancy/1566/description/
  6. I so want to re-join this thread, but super Ayr aren't quite in the position to let quips and repartee to go unpunished. However.....
  7. I spent a week in Greenock one Sunday. Coup of a place.
  8. Still hunners of time left for a flip-flop in the betting. If NO ever drop down to even money, the games a bogey. If YES get to 2/1, I think then it's games a bogey. YES will win with a few days to go.
  9. I reckon the folk in Israel have to stand firm against any threat. When we see what them ISIS mob are doing to other Muslims....if I was a Jew, I'd be wanting safety at the first boundary.
  10. Don't mention general knowledge tae me. The wife wants a divorce due to my obsession with quizzes and trivia. Is she: A) Wrong B) Twisted C) A Wummin D) All of the above?
  11. Thanks Davy and thanks N. Being older don't mean it's over....FFS. I'm under 50 and still donating to the ASB.
  12. I'm now a Grand-dad. Chuffed tae bits. Over the moon and if there was more room in this pub, I'd be back-flipping.
  13. Still no much change in the betting. These bookies ken they only need one more NO vote than Yes to scoop up. I'd worry for NO if and (When) YES hits evens.
  14. In the context of a "country" yes, I do. As part of the EU, I see us as just a small region in a new empire.
  15. Scotland, as seen by Scots and rUK residents is a country. Maybe it's just the EU who see Scotland as merely a region, or as Viviane Reding said in her letter to McKelvie, a territory.
  16. Greggs site been hacked? (Providing shit to scum for over 70 years) http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/newsbysector/epic/grg/11043560/Offensive-Greggs-logo-goes-viral-on-Google.html
  17. YES still need more momentum and 100% of undecideds. The next debate could be the deciding factor after all these months of banter, name calling and general fragmentation of the country.
  18. Latest Poll of Polls. No change. Tick tock. http://blog.whatscotlandthinks.org/2014/08/poll-of-polls-15-august/
