  1. He never looked interested in my opinion and you have to wonder why he has basically chucked football at this stage in the season.. Showed very brief flashes of quality in his time with us and we have other options in his position. Always wondered about his "injury" ? No great loss
  2. Nearly at the business end of the season and as ever it's all to play for in this incredible league. Apart from Arbroath who I just can't see avoiding automatic relegation everything else is still to be decided. Who will win the league? Who will make the promotion play off's? Who will end up in 9th spot and will they eventually go down? It's all going to get a bit frantic and nailbitting very, very soon...
  3. More pressure on Airdrie for this game. A defeat puts them into the relegation playoff's pack. A win for Morton and we're on our way to cementing a promotion playoff's place. All to play for....
  4. Kerr, Wee Glen, Giessler Adams,Jardine, Wallace-Lockhart are all Unionists at heart
  5. It's beyond tedious. Along with Abolish the House of Lords, Change is coming, etc. I'm actually losing the will to live...
  6. Looking increasingly difficult for Arbroath. They may start to get players back but soon they will run out of games. When you get into that "10 games to go" period it almost becomes impossible. Next couple of games for them is ICT ans QP. If they get beat in those games they're gone for sure. 9th place is still up for grabs, but I still maintain whichever team it is they will stay in the Championship
  7. Point on the road and another clean sheet takes us to 14 games unbeaten. . Few home games coming up so hopefully we can cement our place in the top 4 promotion playoff's spot
  8. We're full of confidence and why shouldn't we be? We're playing well, scoring goals and keeping clean sheets. I'd imagine we have almost a full squad and Jai got some minutes on Friday too. Will take a point but would be slightly disappointed if we don't take all 3 points
  9. If you currently have injury issues would changing manager make any difference?
  10. Pars struggling to get any kind of result. Looking like relegation playoff contenders or worse!
  11. Yip, in what he had to do he was calm and confident. I don't think he was under any real pressure and that's testament to his fellow players in front of him
  12. Of course Dougie will move on at some point. But right now he's a manager who is getting the best out of his squad of players. We haven't actually won anything or made the playoffs. Maybe that's why bigger teams are apprehensive of making a move - its just a tad too early to take the gamble
  13. I have to say great traveling support last night! Feels great getting that win and relaxing waiting for the draw now
  14. Loved that tonight. Great atmosphere too. That's what the Cup is all about. Gorgeous George deserved his MotM award but everyone put a shift in. Also, Mullen hardlty had a save to make ! Give us another home tie please under the lights again
  15. No turnstile issues tonight. Smooth entrance..
  16. I would say whoever finishes 9th will win the playoff and remain the in the Championship. It's such a crazy league that anything can happen, but I would say Arbroath will finish bottom. Dunfermline have games in hand, but are they winnable with their current injury crisis? If not, I would say they will drop into that 9th spot. QP,Ayr and ICT should have enough to escape the relegation play off spot. If the Pars do get on a wee run I would say QP will drop to 9th.
  17. Admittedly it won't be the headline grabber for this game, but that's another clean sheet
